They do offer a light tasting and man...it's unbelievable. You see when I first came to Quebec I was on a huge apple cider kick that I went bananas for the first year I was here. Now...... I only care for the ice cider as it's much more concentrated. The other stuff I don't care for at all now. The Plum cider called Dame Prune is amazing (very light 6.5%)! So amazing I bought four bottles this trip plus two of the pear. They sell for $18 a bottle or 3 for $45. So (being the thrifty Manitoban) I went for the bulk discount. They also have apple butter (which I was told to buy because it was deemed amazing) plus many other jellies and jams. The apple butter. I think okay but I'm not a huge jams and jellies person in the morning. My wife really likes it though! The products here are simply awesome and make a great Quebec gift if you are from out of town. We don't have anything in richmond va that taste this mellow with just the right amount of sweetness. I wish i could order it. Everyone there was so nice that before the tour ended i went back and brought more. I even got my picture taken with the owner. I highly recommend their wine and the prices were great.

Their price is ridiculous for their 1 size only Pho and Hue. Back home in Ontario, you would be able to get a a XL pho for $15.50. The Pho here was so small, it barely had any noodles. Normally I never drink all the soup but this time I had to drink it all because I was still hungry. They really do it different here with their Pho. They put the bean sprouts directly in the soup for you before they bring it out to you. I don't like my bean sprout fully cook and soggy. Also where the is the lime? Did they squeeze the lime in it for me too? Where are the basils? Meatballs? The taste of the broth is subjective, these guys went with a flavourful herbal taste instead of the strong beef taste. The Bun Bo Hue's broth was ok. Once again it was very small just like the Pho. Missing a lot of key ingredient again. The atmosphear was good. They did their best with the limited amount of space they had. Service was prompt. This place could be a lot better because their broth taste good but way too many ingredients missing.
