The passing trays looked amazing but we couldn't find seating to save our lives so we struck out to look for another location nearby. You start with a base: quinoa, rice, bulgur, fries (poutine), or lettuce. You choose a number of chicken tenders in one or two flavors, then choose from a variety of toppings. The staff here *understandably* is not great in English, which can of course change depending on where you go and when you come. This was one of our first stops before my high school/college French instruction "clicked on" again, so ordering was mildly stressful for our family. It would have been nice if there were some pre-designed bowl recipes to select from (like Cava, for example). For those of you willing to play the language barrier game, the sky is the limit in terms of how you can personalize your bowl. Like every Quebecois dining establishment, this fast food chain is head and shoulders above any American equivalent. Patio has heat lamps so you can actually sit well into the late fall. Their price is ridiculous for their 1 size only Pho and Hue. Back home in Ontario, you would be able to get a a XL pho for $15.50. The Pho here was so small, it barely had any noodles. Normally I never drink all the soup but this time I had to drink it all because I was still hungry. They really do it different here with their Pho. They put the bean sprouts directly in the soup for you before they bring it out to you. I don't like my bean sprout fully cook and soggy. Also where the is the lime? Did they squeeze the lime in it for me too? Where are the basils? Meatballs? The taste of the broth is subjective, these guys went with a flavourful herbal taste instead of the strong beef taste.
