One of the best trainers I have worked with. Perry is a great guy and is dedicated to the success and safety of his clients. He evaluates the clients needs, preferences and focuses on any limitations. He is very knowledgeable and communicates in easy to understand terms. He is very focused on form so the client obtains maximum results with measurable progress and safety. He is very conservative when increasing levels of an exercise. Two issues that I have experienced great improvement in the few weeks of training with Perry, 1) Injured knee several years ago resulting in loss of range of motion and discomfort during certain movements. Currently ROM has greatly improved and little if any pain or discomfort. This has provided me with the ability to perform exercises that I had avoided in the past. 2) Impingement in shoulder has limited me in certain movements and considerable discomfort. I would rate this gym lower if I could…read more It was originally flex fitness, that had a great atmosphere, old powerlifting mentality, "pumping iron" on tv while you worked out. They unfortunately got bought out by "iron fit". They have another location in MJ. After buying out flex fitness, the owner immediately increased the pricing without making any modifications, leaving lots of customers frustrated. We were granted access to the MJ location while they renovated the Lebanon location. We were originally told it would be a 2 week turn around. That ended up lasting 6 months. At the MJ location we were told the Lebanon location (5 minutes from me as opposed to 30 minutes one way to MJ) would have a sauna and ice bath. With that information, I gave away my pop up sauna. After they reopened, I was not a fan of the new equipment. To me it's janky. For those that do not know, iron fit is an influencer gym. I would often come in early in the morning where I'd see people with tripods set up throughout the gym, half naked people at 330/4/430am. In my opinion, it's too early for that. Aside from that, the ice bath and sauna were not available to members. It was a "special add on" $100 for 3 sessions that were up to an hour each. I quickly because unenthused then one day was working out mid day with the owner cussing at someone over the phone while being trained by a trainer. I had asked to cancel my membership due to no longer liking the gym and tearing my shoulder. I send an email where I received an email with a QR code to cancel a few days later. I was annoyed and decided to go in to make sure it was cancelled. I spoke with the manger there named Raven. I was told the membership was cancelled. Since then, I have received phone call after phone call informing me that I owe a balance. I had a feeling they were going to try and charge me so I blocked the charges. I followed up with the manager who told me since I didn't verify the email it wasn't cancelled and I owe a balance. That infuriated me because I went in to avoid any future troubles. I emailed them again and said I would leave a negative review if they continued to harass me. I will add all communications here now so you know I am not lying.

They offer a wide range of circuit training classes, weight training classes and other stuff like foam rolling, boxing. I have been experiencing a major shift in my fitness since going to the circuit training classes, I am generally pretty fit and active, but these classes have kicked things into high gear for me and I've worked much harder here than I would ever do on my own. That is thanks to the trainers and the great group of men and women who go to the gym. The people who work out here, work really hard and it's a great positive vibe. I highly recommend it.

The workouts I do now (the ones this gym offers) our full body and totally killer. They fit in nicely with a busy lifestyle and keep me in shape. I would say they may get a little too close to CrossFit for my taste (I personally can't stand CrossFit) but most of the time the workouts stay more functional. The instructors are nice and motivating. Tip- there is little to no form correction so make sure you know what you are doing before you go. I see a few folks doing the weirdest squats (more like a good morning- ish) and no one corrects them...good bye knees and back, ouch.
