Took the bull by the horns and sent a text to the recommended stylist hoping for some kind of response by now . She apologizes and says , " Rose didn't call you ?" I said no , no one has . She told me she couldn't cut my hair because of a health situation and is not taking new clients . I understood the stylist's explanation but feel there was no follow through and this was very unprofessional. Especially when given my consultation it was explained that my haircut appointment would cost $200. If you are going to charge these prices I feel that the professionalism should be such .
