My daughter's haircut with Neran did not match what was discussed or shown in photos. I called ahead to let them know we would be five minutes late and was told they had another appointment at 11 a.m., even though ours was at 10 a.m., which made timing feel rushed for a shampoo, cut, and blow-dry on very long hair. At the salon, I am a licensed cosmetologist (though I don't cut hair), and I felt I was met with attitude when concerns were raised. My daughter did not allow much heat styling, but once we got home, the cut was clearly very poorly blended, with thick, heavy front pieces. She was extremely upset and missed school the next day because of it. We were unable to get a correction due to the holiday weekend and had to seek another stylist. I started coming after my last salon switched their product line and it worked terribly on my hair so decided to go in search of a new place. I was lucky enough to have the owner take care of my hair the first time I visited and she did an amazing job. She used techniques I'd actually never seen before. I am boring and always get long layers in my hair but she cuts them in a way that they're still low maintenance but look way less boring than in the past! She's such a sweet lady. I decided to give True Image a try after many years of trauma (from prior salons) and cutting my own hair. The first time I cut my hair here was approximately 2 years ago, and it was with Liliane (the owner). I left the salon so happy and confident that day because Liliane listened to what I wanted and delivered my vision exactly as I pictured it. Not only does Liliane have years and years of experience but she's also very passionate about what she does. I always say that she's a hair artist. I haven't let anyone else touch my hair ever since finding her, and will be a lifelong customer. I'll follow Liliane even if she moves her salon (god forbid lol) because I don't think I'll get lucky again to find someone with her passion and skill. To add to this, everyone who works at the salon is highly skilled and EXTREMELY friendly. Where do I Start.... I waited to post this because it's been so hard to deal with. I got my hair done back in March 2025. I paid for a "color correction" as my hair has a history and a lot of past services. Bleach was slapped onto my whole head, including my ends that I told them were previously well bleached and damaged. I booked a color correction to avoid this, I knew it would be pricey and time consuming. The color did not take even, and I have now dealt with losing more hair than normal for a bleaching / coloring service. Even two months after I have so much breakage, even only washing my hair once a week to help it heal. It is going to take years for my hair to recover. Please make sure to vet anyone who goes near your hair, and then double check again. I won't be returning. The hairdresser, Sadaf, is not even listed on their website anymore. Not worth my drive. read more

I had a job interview, and have had a bad experience getting my hair cut. A family member suggested this place. I schedule a simple haircut, expecting to just get a trim. I sit down and explain to the lady what I'm looking for. She had a thick accent, which shouldn't have been a problem as I showed her a picture of a previous haircut I got that I liked. She tells me that she can do just that. This woman then proceeds to start buzzing my hair down to my scalp, and the end result is nothing like the photo and will take a year at least to grow back. I had to stop the woman and explain "No no no this is not what I wanted!" She starts saying "Sorry" repeatedly but the damage is done. I cannot understate the sheer incompetence of being shown a visual reference and then proceeding to charge $35 and then have the nerve to ask for a tip. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Lilliane is the best ! My wife comes home with beautiful hair. The color is perfect and the health of her hair is amazing. We've gone to other places and my wife would have bands of color in her hair ,orange areas in her hair and worst of all we were paying top dollar for these poor results.
