The customer service was top-notch, helping to hold and carry dresses and organizing the wait for the fitting rooms. When we arrived, the store was packed with several families doing the same thing that we were. The staff was calm and was able to organize everyone while not making anyone feel rushed or impatient. They paid equal amounts of attention to each girl trying on dresses, making everyone feel special. One of the ladies who helped us is also a designer, who makes some of the dresses that are available in the store. It seems they also handle all fittings and alternations, and many items like the color of little flowers, pearls and crystals and other embellishments can be customized.

With no choice one day before baptism we had to rig an outfit which is not what was paid for. She has since lied about refunding the money and has even used excuses about six family members.
