I came across Gina's IG, don't know how, but looked at her work and seeing that she was going the extra mile with doing additional training and attending seminars made me consider her services. Before Gina, I had seen three different Botox providers. My first was fantastic, but she moved out of state. My second and third experiences were disappointing, and the results were so unsatisfactory that I stopped getting Botox altogether for nearly two years. It has now been 20 days, and I have still not received a single phone call, email, or message to schedule my appointment. I firmly believe that the way a business does anything is how they do everything. If a medical spa cannot manage to follow up with a prospective new client trying to book a procedure, it raises a massive red flag. It makes me seriously question what would happen if I actually went through with a treatment here, had an urgent post-procedure question or complication, and suddenly couldn't get a hold of anyone for answers.
