For years, I struggled with constant exhaustion, body aches, brain fog, mood swings, and a lack of motivation. As I entered perimenopause, my symptoms became even more difficult to manage. I spent a significant amount of time doing research on their laser procedures and found a specific treatment that I felt confident moving forward with. I visited their website and completely filled out their "Schedule Your Consultation" form back on July 15th. It has now been 20 days, and I have still not received a single phone call, email, or message to schedule my appointment. I firmly believe that the way a business does anything is how they do everything. If a medical spa cannot manage to follow up with a prospective new client trying to book a procedure, it raises a massive red flag. It makes me seriously question what would happen if I actually went through with a treatment here, had an urgent post-procedure question or complication, and suddenly couldn't get a hold of anyone for answers. I moved states shortly after the review, and had only completed 2 of 6 sessions that I paid for at that time, and should have one extra free session on top of that. After moving back to California and explaining the situation, the receptionist didn't seem to care and told me that they expire and the sessions that I PAID FOR can't be used anymore. I wish I knew that before I purchased the package and left a good review. I should be able to redeem 5 more sessions but the med spa will not honor it anymore. I've been coming here for years. For the most part, I've really been happy with them. They are so nice and are great about my comfort level during procedures, as I am very sensitive to facial pain. I am however so disappointed with eye filler I got recently. My right eye has one quarter of the side completely sunken in. I've really tried to live with this, but it's very bothersome. Every time I look at my face I get depressed and it's even worse when everybody asks, if I have a black eye. I find myself avoiding mirrors now. I did go back for a follow-up appointment. I would give them 0 stars if I could! I was there to get Botox and it never took, when the injectonista came him she had 3 insulin syringes and noticed they all had different amounts, at the time I didn't think anything of it as I had just got off of a 3-10hr shifts and was super tired. I purchased 50 units of Botox at around $465, fast forward two weeks and 3weeks and they never took except my frown lines and because I have a heavy schedule I couldn't get in at the two week mark, at 4 weeks I tried calling and kept getting no answer to speak to someone and left a messsge to return my call, another week went by and called again and the same thing but this time I got a text saying that they missed my call and to proceed to talk to anyone I would have to get sent a link to communicate via text so I messaged them and told them what was going on and wanted to make an appointment, she told me that the I could make an appointment but the complimentary units would no longer be free due to it being 5weeks and continued to explain my heavy work situation and that the tox never took, I also told her about the tox being in different syringes and seemed like it was a different type of tox because 50 unit of tox easily fits in a single syringe( keep in mind I work in healthcare and give shots everyday, I'm very aware of needles and syringes along with the fact every time I've gotten it in the past never has it not took or they draw it up in separate syringes and if they used a different tox other then Botox because it not as potent, you would need to use more units per area) , I asked if they can they would make an exception and she said well yes I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem because I was not going to drive 1hr away for no reason. I got to my appointment and exactly nothing happened because they wanted me to pay for it again and I was not about to spend another almost $500 dollars! The day I initially went everything seemed good until they called me back and before even asking what I wanted they threw a paper at me with the different packages they were selling that day or week, finally the manager came and asked me what package I wanted not if I was interested in a package and when i said none she proceeded with how great of a deal they were and I could finance it but I told her I was buying a house and could not run my credit or add anything to it and she finally said "ok then what brings you in?" They make you feel like they are more interested in how much they can sell you on instead of patient satisfaction! Will not be going there anymore and keep going to skin perfect medical in Rancho, overall they don't do this to people and everyone is so welcoming, nice, attentive and very friendly and don't make you feel like another number! read more

I purchased a bulk amount of Botox with this Med Spa and even followed up afterwards with a female that was willing to book my appointment well after the year and now that I need it, I just called and their "receptionist" informed me that when someone buys Botox in advance, there's a 12 month expiration. This was a large purchase of Botox that I was solicited for when I went in for an appointment by the PA that was administering. I'm a nurse. I understand language and I bought it in bulk because she was pitching a sale. I do not recommend this Med Spa as they did not honor the amount that I paid for using it after 12 months. They make you feel right at home even in the most vulnerable of times lol conversation is always great and the space is inviting and very clean. I would like to share my honest experience at Bella Sol Med Spa in hopes this will help someone in avoiding coming here for their beauty services. I purchased a Groupon for a microneedling facial for over $100. They redeemed my Groupon and then told me my skin "wasn't fit" for microneedling. I asked them to continue with the facial I had already paid for, but they refused service altogether. I never received any treatment. I attempted to get a refund and reached out to Groupon, but Groupon told me to contact the spa directly because the code had been redeemed. When I tried calling Bella Sol Med Spa for an update, they blocked my number instead of resolving the issue. When I tried calling from a different number the manager kept telling me to contact Groupon. I kept telling her that I've had refunds on Groupon before, but this is different because the code has been redeemed so the money is with your business now. She continued to be rude to me and not let me finish what I was saying and continued to tell me to contact Groupon even though I told her I've tried that several times and several methods. What makes this even more frustrating is that the very next day, I went to VVIP Beauty, which is in the same shopping center. They were kind, professional, and actually did a proper consultation. They're not as nice interior wise as Bella Sol but let me tell you that does not matter when you are dealing with you face. Go to someone you feel comfortable with and im so grateful I found VVIP. They didn't even let me redeem their code until after they looked at my skin. I had microneedling done with them and the results have been absolutely beautiful. I can't believe Bella Sol almost robbed me of that experience. I'm still trying to get my money back, but I'm posting this to let others know to avoid this place entirely. There are much kinder and more professional med spas out there, and unfortunately Bella Sol Med Spa is not one of them. Save yourself the headache, time, and money. I purchased a laser facial package on 10/13 for $2,500. When I provided my card, I reasonably assumed the charge would be processed at the time of service or held as a deposit. Instead, they charged my card immediately. Weeks before my appointment. When I realized the charge had already been processed, I called to speak with a manager. No one returned my call. The following business day I called again and finally spoke with the manager, Lydia. I explained that I wished to cancel and requested a refund since I had not received any services. I was told I had signed a consent form stating all treatment sales are final, and that no refund would be provided even though they had taken $2,500 without ever performing a single treatment. We are not talking about a couple of hundred dollars here. We are talking thousands! As someone who manages a healthcare facility myself, I fully understand policies and procedures and I also know that reputable medical practices apply them with fairness and reason. Taking full payment before services, not returning calls, and refusing to escalate concerns to an owner or leadership team is highly unprofessional. Lydia stated she is the highest-level decision-maker and refused to offer any resolution. I rarely write negative reviews because I appreciate there are two sides to every story, but this experience felt unethical and purely profit-driven. I do not recommend this med spa. Very unprofessional experience. I went to Bella Sol Med Spa for a laser hair removal session, and the technician, Penelope, performed the treatment over my tattoo without covering it -- something they had always done in the past. This resulted in blistering burns and permanent tattoo damage. I later saw a licensed medical provider who confirmed the injury is permanent and cannot be fixed. When I contacted the owner, Nina, she was dismissive, unhelpful, and even told me "it won't be permanent," contradicting what I was told by an actual medical professional. When I told her I would leave a review, she threatened she would sue me for defamation, which was completely uncalled for. On May 9, I called the clinic twice requesting a refund and to this day, I have received no call back, no message, no follow-up -- nothing. This is been going since the session happened in the beginning of April. The injury also caused significant pain at work, especially because I stand on my feet for long hours, and the blistering made it extremely difficult to do my job. What makes this even worse is that the injury showed in my professional graduation photos, causing major embarrassment and inconvenience during a once-in-a-lifetime milestone. I will not return and strongly advise others to avoid this place. After being a loyal client for over 3 years, the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I'll start with the good. The place is nice, it's. Lean, and the staff appear to be sweet and competent. But that is not indicative of the horrible experience I had. The owner, Nina, and a few staff members were definitely not as they appear. I can sum my experience up to the feeling of being at a shady car dealership or mechanic and ask for an oil change but are pushed and pushed to get a very expensive package. I initially went in for a Groupon Botox special. As it was being done, Nina told me two things that didn't sit right. One, she can't guarantee that the 60 units of Botox would work until she "learned my facial muscles" and two, companies cannot provide good results with a Groupon price, it's just not possible financially to give good results with a coupon. SO with that being said, I had minimal results with 60 units which is crazy! I wonder what was actually injected into my face because I already have full movement back after less than 2 months. That's wild! After going in for my touchup, due to the Botox not working, but she tried to talk me into buying 10 units more than the touch up amount. I was hesitant but agreed. She then sent in another employee to collect my free touch up plus addition.... I finally had enough and called them all out. I was then told "we do not do free touchups on Groupon purchases. Mind you, I paid them directly, not through Groupon so they didn't have to pay Groupon anything. The entire thing stank of scam so I was done. I left and cancelled the package that they charged against policy when I was out of the state... That's another long story! To nutshell the end result, they didn't want to refund me. Then they said they would but up to 8 weeks later. Then I had to file a claim against them and when they couldn't provide a signed contract or receipt from a purchase of package, they texted saying if I cancel my claim they'd give me a refund the following day. I didn't even respond because the credit card company already told me it was not legal for them to charge my card without me having the card or providing the card to them. The card was in Cali, I was in vegas... it should have never happened. Mass game playing over there! I'm so disappointed with their entire process and would never do business with their company again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They have an office in Ontario as well which I was told, Nina, the owner goes back and forth to provide services. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions and avoid any funny business with companies who show such disrespect, inconsideration, and shadiness with their customers. It's not okay, especially when everything is so overpriced. Oh, that's another thing, Nina and the office try to say their packaging pricing and equipment can't be beat but truly it's a very competitive business and their pricing is just like all the surrounding companies. read more

I went to the Ontario location, it was beautiful and new, it had just recently opened, My initial injector was very nice and I did tell her of a previous experience of one eyebrow raising with the Botox. I know it's an easy fix and she did say if it happened to come back and have it fixed. In the past it took 1 unit to fix but when I went back there to have it corrected when going to pay, I was told it was 5 units, when I questioned it, the lady at the front went to the back and then came and said it was actually 3 units.I was charged $45 for 3 units. The injector that corrected it said next time they won't put the Botox in a specific spot which causes the eyebrow to raise. Interesting that even though I told the first injector about that eyebrow raising, she didn't know how to avoid it. So I paid the $45, even though I have never paid $15 a unit for Botox, not even at my plastic surgeon's office. The injector that fixed it tried to upsell me with a bunch of other services including a $1500 service. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

I purchased a Groupon voucher for 100 units of dysport and redeemed it one week ago for treatment in my forehead and between my brows. Nina did the injections and specifically confirmed this was plenty of units and that I would have at most one line in my forehead due to placement of the injections. It's been 7 days and I still have absolutely no improvement (see photo). I've been getting dysport for 10 years and have never once had this experience. If you get dysport you know that 50 units for forehead lines should work within 3-4 days and that it's more than enough units. So what exactly was injected in my face? Definitely not 100 units of dysport. I feel like I threw my hard earned money in the trash. When I reached out to their office I was told I'd have to pay for a dose adjustment. Why would I give them more money when I've already purchased more than enough units and gotten 0 results. read more
