My feelings have changed over the years that I've been coming here. The staff is great and Dr. Zhang is a very sweet woman who always greets with a smile and a hug. BUT...she REALLY wants to rid you of every line on your face whether it bothers you or not. She's skilled at talking me into treating areas that never bothered me. In the beginning it was a good thing. Ever seen someone who has one eye slightly smaller than the other? That was me until Dr. Zhang convinced me to get Botox on my forehead. I would only agree to a small amount and not only were my lines gone, but it evened out my eyes!! I loved it!!! Over the years she keeps giving me more botox than I ask for which drops my eyelids and completely freezes my forehead so I can't move at all. I hate it!! I tell her each time but she just isn't listening to me! She insists the small amount I want isn't enough. She also insists on treating my small crows feet which don't bother me. Then she convinced me to try lip filler and I don't like it. I just feel so pressured. At this point I need an ear more then a hug. read more

I'm coming to find myself a regular here, TotalCare is hands down the place you wanna come to for your IV, Botox and Skincare experience. There hasn't been a single session I've gone to with Nurse Vera where I've left disappointed. Typically I go for the IV therapy, getting the Easy Myers and Glutathione. Even though needles scare the crap outta me...Vera does an amazing job of preparing you, making sure you feel slim to nothing upon procedure. Tori is also super skilled and as a dude who cares about his day to day appearance and long term skin regimen, She as the lead Aesthetician there does an amazing job as well. The days/hours posted on their Yelp and Website don't seem to match up with the actual available days/hours. I booked an appointment online a few days in advance, which I found very convenient. However, the day of the appointment, I received a call saying the provider will not be in the office at that time. I am unsure if the provider wanted to leave early or what happened (I made a 5pm appointment), but this was my first experience with this facility and it will be my last. I booked another appointment elsewhere. I'm not sure why I was offered an appointment at a time that didn't work with their schedule. read more

I attend this clinic for my Botox and it is a clean and comfortable place, the staff is friendly and attentive.

This office has very poor scheduling. Since I've changed over to this center in the beginning of the year, I've had to have my appointments rescheduled at least 3 times citing the doctors have emergency or all are sick. I've only been able to see 2 NP...haven't seen a single doctor yet. NP lectured me for coming back so late after a blood/urine test as I had a UTI which I told the NP their scheduling did not allow for that opportunity. Did another urine test and was told infection still seems to be there, but they will send to an outside lab for further testing/confirmation. Told me to call back 1 week later to see if I will need to be prescribed any antibiotics. So called back a week later and was told they cannot provide me results over the phone as I have to come in for it. They don't have an available appointment until at least another week or 2 which will render my test results useless. Very incapable office. read more

I LOVE MY LIPS!!!! For the LONGEST I have been toying with the idea of getting lip fillers. After endlessly researching I decided to go to Dr. Zhang for my lips. Needless to say it was the BEST choice! I am super scared of needles and had no idea how painful the procedure would be. I told Dr. Zhang and immediately she ensured me the process is fast and close to no pain. She even had the music switched to soft music to bring down my anxiety. That's seriously how attentive she is! She was very gentle and took her time to make sure that my lips matched the aesthetic of my face. From 1-10 the pain was 1. I felt like a little pinch 3 times. That was literally IT! My lips have no bruises or any needle marks. That is how awesome she is! The procedure was worth every penny and I'd do it again! So I've been coming here for about 6 weeks and I was getting the B-12 injection. Two days later I went for a run and dropped 3 mins per mile. When I was running I felt that I wasn't pushing as hard as I could have. Imagine my amazement when I seen my time! Fast forward to 12/31/19 I am starting to come down with something and came in for the easy Myers and glutathione. I never got sick as I thought I would have. Then come to this week 01/07/2020. I can feel that I can't get rid of whatever I have, so I came in for the Athletes and glutathione. Last night I felt so much better and then today I went to the doctor to see why am I sick and he tells me I have the flu and pneumonia. The doc could not believe how good I look for what I have.
