We have plenty of everything on their menu around DFW, and if it weren't for their late hours I wouldn't even consider them a legitimate option. What was once an institution in the rapidly growing Richardson food scene has become a shadow of its former self. The only place I can give them credit is their service where the owners are on-site and trying to appease the diverse crowd even late at night. Props to them for trying. As for the food, it's ranks amongst the worst shawarma, burger and zinger I've had in town. Whether seasoning was an afterthough just like my patty clearly was on the grill, a good meal it does not make. Not for me. This is one of the best halal food platters in Dallas! This place is very cheap as well. I got a chicken platter and fries on the side. The chicken platter's sauce was perfect. It balanced everything so well. The rice was cooked very nicely, and overall it just meshed well. The fries were very crispy as well. The shop has a bunch of small tables. One of the Best Halal Mediterranean joints in all of America bar none. My personal in Dallas, the food is of excellent quality and unlike many spots, the meat here is succulent and moist. I've rarely been able to find that elsewhere. Service with a smile and always happy to take orders by phone. Plenty of seating in side and outside of the restaurant. I got the chicken shawarma here with a side of falafels. The falafel stole the show because it was the crispiest, most flavorful falafel I had ever had. I wish I had just ordered 50 of them instead. The most delicious food ever! I still think about the shawarma I had here. I was visiting from out of state and asked a friend to take me here because they said Moroccan food was bomb. The place is small and unassuming. We were able to get a seat at the table and at some point a family came in and asked to move the other table outside to eat. I ordered a chicken shawarma and hesitated on what bread to get it in but the person taking my order recommended the regular pocket. I usually get them to go and the food is awesome! My go to are the shawarma wrap/ sandwich. Sometimes I order the combo. The only downside is sometimes they put wayyyyyy too much onions. Even though I am not from the Mediteranean region of the world, I get a sense of home from this restaurant. The guys in the back seem so humble and hardworking yet always full of joy. I visit here all the time after my late night studying routine up at UTD, and everytime I walk through the door, whether it'd be at 12:00 PM or 12:00 AM, I'm always greeted with a smile. The food here is delicious, I always order the Chicken Shawarma combo, every piece of the plate compliments the other. There's pickled cauliflour, pepper, and carrots, fried crinkle fries, and a huge serving of chicken shawarma sliced into convenient hand-held pieces + garlic sauce which is the best thing to ever couple with this dish. This restaurant has become my comfort food, and I will always suggest this place to my friends and loved ones. My best friend became obsessed after I suggested Madina. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this place. Mango Smoothie: 8/10 Excellent and smooth texture with reasonable price. This place used to be great for getting a shawarma to go, but after today's experience, I don't see myself returning. I came in the late afternoon at 2:30 PM. There were two gentlemen, neither wearing masks, ahead of me waiting on the rest of their order. They had several bags of clamshell containers. They were obviously feeding a large group of people. I speculate that they had already received the hot, cooked meat on the two rotisserie spits, one with chicken and the other a lamb/beef combo, but it appeared they were waiting for the lower meat layer to heat up so they could have another sandwich. The man behind the counter, also not wearing a mask, took my order. At the time, I was not aware what was going on, but ascertained this after the 30 minute wait. I ordered a shawarma sandwich on pocket bread too, and requested the beef. The man behind the counter ran around frantically in the back room, but checked the temperature of the chicken on the rotisserie with his bare hands. Even at home, I use a meat thermometer...every...single...time. Two children were at a table. One was sitting and. the other was standing on the chair making a mess at the table. There were food bits and crumpled napkins strewn around them. At this point, I really wanted to cancel my order, but I couldn't get the guy's attention. Someone else entered the small, hole in the wall establishment. After awhile, he sat down because no one acknowledged him. The guy behind the counter shaved off slices of chicken and ran to the back to perhaps microwave the meat. I can't be sure. When he came out, he had gloves on. I saw him cough into his glove hand and then hand the customer his food. At this point, I waved my hand in the air frantically and said cancel my order. Immediately I turned and left. With omicron flooding our hospitals, I just didn't need this added exposure. My only regret was not leaving sooner. read more

This little shop in Richardson is actually really good. I heard good things from friends so decided to try it for my self. I got their chicken shawarma and fries. The chicken was seasoned greatly with beautiful Mediterranean spices. It was not dry/overcooked. The fries were excellent crispy on the outside and buttery potatoes on the inside even tho I'm 99% sure they are frozen fries they were good and seasoned! The service was excellent greeted with a big smile and dealt with respect. The store itself is small but somehow it works it feels old but alive still. With inside and outside seating while being open until 3am that made up for the size. I gave it 4/5 because it was missing that WOW factor. Good shawarma frozen fries and good service isn't going to cut 5 stars you need to be above and beyond to achieve 100%. I think that this restaurant does a lot of things right if a few of those things were excellent or above and beyond then maybe you can argue 5 stars. read more
