Fun new place to try shawarma. I got the royale beef shawarma meal. With the meal, you get French fries, coleslaw and some fresh tomatoes and pickles. The shawarma is also cut for you as opposed to not-cut if getting only the shawarma. The shawarma itself is really good which is why I'm giving this place 5 stars. It was the right amount of meat and seasoning wasn't overboard. The French fries was a bit bland is my only gripe when it comes to taste. Coleslaw was also bland but that's perfectly ok because it was refreshing. There is no cups for tap water so I had to buy a bottle for $1.50. Interesting! Overall it's a nice place. This new restaurant is a below average experience. The chicken shawarma was dry with little taste and dripping with oil. The beef shawarma was dry with little to no satisfying flavor. The service was absolutely horrible. I ordered fries with chicken shawarma and the worker put ketchup on it without me asking for it. I have never in my life seen ketchup on shawarma. When I told him I do not like ketchup he yelled at me and threw the plate and with bad attitude remade the order. The ambiance is decent I guess. Would not recommend nor come here again 3/10. read more

Overpriced for average food. Paid $20 for their Royale meal and waited over 20 minutes until I had to go back to the counter and remind them that I have an order. This place has the best chicken shawarma in DFW to date! If you have not tried it yet, be sure to give it a shot. The garlic sauce is just right and the chicken is very tasty. The use of saj bread instead of tortillas brings this closer to the authentic shawarma one may have in the Middle East. I will be coming again for sure! Today was the first time we went there. We ordered 4 chicken shawarmas and received 2 chicken and 2 lamb. I informed the server lady and she apologized and said she will get us 2 chicken shawarmas right away and we can eat the lamb ones. The two chicken shawarmas never came. It was time for us to leave and I thought I'd check what happened. She said, "I'm sorry he is so busy" referring to the cook behind the counter.... Who did not look busy. So there was no intention of replacing our incorrect order. We were just stuck with two lamb shawarmas. No refund, no replacement, just an apology that cook is busy. Showed up after 30 minutes and the lady at the counter informed me that they never started the order because they forgot to put the ticket somewhere. Waited another ten minutes for the sandwiches while having crying kids in the car. This is the reason why I ordered online, to avoid annoying anyone. Fire and last time here. The lady at the counter refused to refund me (after I wanted to cancel the order), and offered nothing as a show of an apology. This place has a lot of maturing to do. Will not be returning. Lots of my friends told me to come and told me how amazing it was. Honestly it was awfully disappointing, the chicken is bland and has absolutely no taste. The Fried chicken is nothing special the spices on the chicken were missing and it took the 20 minutes to cook when there was nobody in the store. The sauce given with the sandwiches isn't authentic and tastes more like sour cream. On top of all that the price is pretty steep for a meal of family of 5 we spent $75. The service was good, one of the chefs did grab some salad with his hand and eat it then make our sandwiches which disgusted my family and I. The chef didn't see a problem with it or think to swap his gloves or wash his hands. The ambiance of the store is decent nothing too nice, looks just like any other shawarma place or gyro place.
