From pickup to delivery, their service was prompt and professional, with my sofa finished early. I was pleasantly surprised that they discounted the final invoice from the quoted amount after finding my sofa was simpler to upholster than initially expected - a level of honesty that you don't often see. He picked the table up and returned it. For those of you who do not know what a drum table is, the center of the table goes around. Mine was badly broken causing the top to be very tilted. I told Mr Burkett, if he could not fix the table to turn and just have the top be connected to the part that turns, I would have him do the job. He came over and looked at it and said he was pretty confident he could fix it. I also have my grandmother's secretary and one of the doors was too warped to close, he fixed that too and now it closes perfectly.

Lisa is very skilled and knowledgable as she offered to make arm covers with the new upholstery. However, through research and trying new sofas that offer higher seating, I decided it would be best to go with an option where I would sit higher, making it easier to stand back up after sitting for a while - that's not as easy as it used to be at my age now.
