Get real, professional staff. Staff was nice and polite, but didn't have experience in real care.

Information was never received at the requested facility in a timely manner and they did not bother to check if it was received nor the status. I contacted the supervisor for in patient rehab myself and was informed it was never received. After one week, our family member was discharged home without the appropriate in patient rehab physical, occupational and speech therapy needed to recover even though he had multiple strokes on the left and right side of the brain. He was discharged and not taken out by any staff or assistance. His friend had to walk back to ICU, get him and walk him out without a second thought from the staff. They merely wiped his name from the board, placed another name and was never given another thought. I got better care and compassion from my veterinarian for my dogs. They even walked me and my pet out to our car after a procedure. This facility didn't take the time to be bothered to help him leave. EVERY hospital I have ever been to always takes their patient by wheelchair to the exit at patient pick up and placed in the vehicle, no matter how minor the procedure may have been. Not here. No bath was given to him, only moist wipes for two weeks, even though I offered to do it myself. A nurse stated a the day before discharge basin bath could be done and of course there was no follow through and not provided. How would you like to go two weeks with no bath? I have never witnessed such a level of substandard care and would home more intense inspection of their operational standards.

I am a patient at Archibold Ear Nose and Throat Center and was referred here for surgery. I was taken back within 5 minutes of arriving. The front desk person had a clear separator and everyone wore masks for Covid-19 precautions. I was approved negative with a previous Covid-19 test a few days prior which was much appreciated. My nurses Stephanie & Ashley were very kind and polite throughout the whole prep for surgery and keeping me updated. My surgery was scheduled for early morning hours and they were repearedlt informing me on steps being done, doses being taken for medicines being given, and consistently making sure I was at ease and doing okay. My doctor Dr.Williams is my ENT specialist and was the surgeon as well. This was my first surgery and my nerves were initially on edge, every person on staff made my worries disappear with their kind words, helpfulness and constant measures to make me feel comfortable definetly recommend their services! I drive from Tallahassee FL to Thomasville Georgia especially for their services.

My dad just had completed his radiation treatment 3 weeks earlier. On the way home my dad had heart issues and was taken by ambulance to a Hospital in Batonrouge. They treated him for A-fib and released him. While there he kept saying that he could not urinate and had the constant feeling he needed to go. They said that was from the radiation. We left there and did'nt get to far had to stop at a big hospital in Mobile AL. the doctor there gave him a shot of morphine and pain meds. My dad kept asking them to admit him because the pain was so bad. We left the hospital and stayed the night in a hotel. Left the next morning and made our way to Perry, FL my dad was acting strange and trembling so we found the closest hospital. I am so thankful that the Triage nurse in the ER was paying attention. When she took his temp orally it was only 98.5. I was working the the girl taking all his information when I noticed they whisked him to the back. She had checked his temperature a different way and it was 103.5. He had a UTI and was septic. Her fast actions surely saved him. He was in shock. I was very emotional and the staff got him medicated and sedated immediatley. I have to Thank Dr. Griffin and the nurse Michelle and Sam in the ER. There were others but I didn't get their names. He was admited and I have nothing but raves about the treatment that he received. The nurse practioner Cara and the Dr. came in an explained everything going on. The nurse Madison and her crew were so accomodating that my dad felt safe and comfortable. I have to say that the other two much larger hospitals missed his UTI. Again Thank you to everyone at this hospital for going above and beyond with the care of my dad.
