Sat in her office one day until she made time, and was assured that we were close. Sent an email last week stating her/their services are no longer needed....and still didn't hear anything in reply. We really wanted to like them and use them going forward, but .... I'm certainly glad to hear that someone there responds and gets things done, however, I could not recommend and would suggest not even making the initial phone call....

He told me 3 or 4 times that my boat was being worked on (I absolutely see no evidence that this was true) and then, even when he told me he would give me a call to give me an update - would not and did not. I finally just went and got my boat and would NOT recommend him to anyone. This has no bearing on those that work there - this is all on him. They were busy "moving in" to a new place (heard this excuse multiple times) but, if you don't take care of your customers, you won't have a business for long.
