    Intetnet won't work, they don't care. Worst customer support. Stay away. Spend 15 min on their automated help line to always get hung up on.

Due to the raging pandemic, we seldom make our way out to business to shop, but decided that this would be an opportune time being outside the city to learn about it and to kill time before the museum. We ultimately wound up purchasing one and were extremely happy and satisfied with the excellent service given by the Sales Representative, Alyssa. Not only was she very personable and knowledgeable about the product and explained the data plan options in a clear way, she even got the exact watch I wanted from another location while we checked into our lodging and then made our way back to complete the purchase. Oh, and she did this while graciously juggling another transaction she was wrapping up with. Ultimately, I was really pleased with Alyssa's professionalism and so glad she offered to get me the watch same day- this made all the difference and now I get to rock my new Apple Watch on my Birthday! Also, the rest of the team was really nice and pleasant and were extremely welcoming. COVID protocols were upheld, and this made us feel safe and comfortable while shopping. Thank you to Alyssa and the rest of the team for being so attentive and making us feel valued- I'm so stoked for my new watch and really appreciated you going above and beyond!

    So a friend told me about this cell phone repair shop. He says because of the service, he only…read morecomes here to buy whatever he needs instead of going to walmart. So of course I had to come here when grandma's charging port wasn't working. So this gentleman comes out, greets me, and asks me what he can help me with. I told him and he said he would take a look and see what the problem was. He took the phone into the back for about five minutes. It gave me time to look around the shop and see all the interesting cell phone and accessories they had available. And the prices were not bad either. Which explains why my friend continues to come here. The gentleman returned with grandma's phone and told me that the charging port had some metal pieces in it, and that he removed them and it's charging now. But when I went to pay, he told me there was no charge for cleaning the phone. I've have yet to visit a cell phone repair shop that didn't charge me for something. This is a first for me. And just like my friend, I will continue to come back here to bring my business. Five star all around for customer service and quality

I told him I had a claim number. He said I needed to make an appointment. I told him I called and they said I could just walk in. He said that's fine you still need to make an appointment. Very confusing and very poor communication. You need to make an appointment even if you're a walk-in. Could have been explained in simple terms. He needs customer service training. I'm only giving 2 stars because I made the appt in the store and he said it would be an hour.
