There was hair on the floor that clients had to step over to reach styling stations, and some of the interactions among staff felt unprofessional. As a customer, I don't particularly want to hear inside jokes or staff conversations while I'm trying to relax. When I'm spending this amount of money on a haircut, I'm looking for an upscale, clean, and relaxing environment. The haircut itself was excellent, but the overall atmosphere didn't quite match that expectation.

I actually had to purchase my own scissors to fix it at home, which is not something I should ever have to do after paying this much for a professional haircut. I've tried giving the salon multiple chances and have seen different stylists, but the issues have been consistent. While the staff is friendly and scheduling is easy, I don't believe the quality of service matches the price. For $100, I expect a clean wash and an even, well-done haircut and unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience here.
