I called John before I headed over and briefly told him what was going on. He said I could bring it over anytime so he could take a look. When I walked in, he knew who I was already from our conversation and my car. He told me he had brakes to work on for another truck but that he was going to take a look at mine right after. He called me back within 2 hrs I believe and told me what he found. He told me how long the repair might take and he'd call when it was ready. Not too long after I was able to walk over and get my car. He told me what he saw and even took pictures of what was under my car and what he had to fix. I'm glad that my car was able to be fixed when it could have been a lot worse! John was SUCH a friendly and awesome mechanic and I was relieved after everything was done.
