She was super nice, but completely unexperienced. My suggestion is to offer discounted services if you are being booked with newer techs. And definitely give the customer an option to choose from. I wouldn't do a Brazilian with someone in training but a leg wax might be ok. Definitely not worth spending full price for an incomplete wax job.
