I had not been acknowledged for 15 minutes, so I got up and left because I was going to be late for work. As the only client in the room, not being acknowledged for 15 minutes when there are two people capable of doing my brows sitting on their phones, was honestly so baffling to me. They texted me weeks later with an AI generated apology. As a business who claims to have "top-notch service...and professional atmosphere" (as per their website) this was very classless and ingenuine.
