I was super nervous at first, I didn't know what to expect; but Kandy was sooo professional and super knowledgeable....which made me feel very comfortable booking with her. The day of my lash application...Kandy took the time to ask me questions about my lash preference: length, volume, curl. Long story short, I decided to go with a classic set, since I was looking for something natural with a noticeable curl. ......and WOW my lashes came out sooooo pretty!!!!! She always does amazing work and it also just an all around great human. I look forward to talking to her throughout my appointments. Lashes: I was a newbie when I started getting lashes and honestly wanted something low maintenance so I could just "wake up and go" in the mornings without having to fuss with mascara. She walked me through the process and talked lengths with me prior to getting started. I felt super comfortable and like she knew what she was doing. She took her time and they look incredible every time! I've never had a fill that I didn't leave ultra happy with. Brows: I used and abused my brows (hello 90s thin line brows, I see you) and so it's been a struggle to get them to look how I want without several minutes and much patience in the morning drawing them in. Well, I'm all about the low maintenance and so Summer perfectly shapes and then tints my brows and I couldn't be happier, despite my previous disgust for my left eyebrow. After each appointment she shows me where still needs growth and where I absolutely cannot between appointment pluck if I want to have my left brow look like my beloved right brow. She's a perfectionist and I love that! Sugaring: What can I say. It's always awkward to introduce a new waxer/sugarer to the nether regions, but she's so professional and quick! She talks to you like it's NBD and it really isn't. It's my first experience with sugaring and I will never go back to wax for a Brazilian ever, ever again. Facials: I treat myself to a facial every few weeks and Summer recommended the perfect one for my skin and after each session, my skin is glowing and so incredibly clean. After talking with summer for a couple of minutes before lying right down on your table I felt extremely comfortable and excited to get started! Summer books were just enough time for me to do my lash lift but also scheduled some extra time in case I wanted to lamination which I found to be extremely thoughtful. Of course, when I saw how incredible my lashes look I was sold on the brow lamination! I had it done by real professionals before. She offered to do it again and never responded to reschedule. AND during my appointment she had a sick child sleeping right next to the bench and her products. Afterwards she told me that the child had a contagious virus and had to be taken to the hospital. I was so lucky I didn't catch anything from her. So dangerous to expose a client like that. But what can we expect, this person has no common sense
