She convulsed again when we got there. Dr. Hancock refused to test her for alcohol poisoning, it was a battle to get them to let her finish a single IV bag. They said it's normal to have convulsions after drinking. IT IS NOT NORMAL TO HAVE CONVULSIONS FOR DRINKING. This is not our first bad experience with the ER in Rexburg. We always cringe when we see it's Doctor Hancock coming into our ER room. He is literally the worst ER doctor we have ever met.

They provide false infimation about a supposed unpaid bill. I never saw any invoice until after…read morethey sent it to collections. they failed to advise me proper charges for services. there was some blood work and a couple of office visits. none of which should have totaled the amount sent to collections. they said collection would have all the information. go to the collections agency they needed a signature on an authorization to obtain said information they should have access to. dr may be decent but billing and front desk have shown a penchant for fabrication of information.

Currently, I have been off of a needed medication for almost a week. I requested refill on Monday and today is Thursday. The pharmacy stated to give the office a call as it always takes a long time to get a response. I called the office, and once again, they stated that they have not received the request. This occurs nearly every month and is unacceptable. I would not recommend their service, and as of today, I shall no longer be their patient! The only reason I gave two starts was for David Day. The office staff would not be employed if I owned the business.

I was given time to ask questions, rest, and vent. (Which is far more than they signed up for I'm sure). Dr Prince delivered my baby and was consistent and kind at every visit. I see Nicole Robson more often and love her to pieces! They are all amazing with my son and he loves going to the doctors and isn't scared because of them! You're not a number at this office. You're a person that will always be heard and well taken care of.
