I had gone to a few other colorists to see if my hair could be saved and no one would even touch my hair. Short of shaving my head I thought my hair was doomed. But Kenneth proved me wrong. He is incredibly talented and very carefully brought my color down from stripper blond to a very natural blond. I've seen him 3 times since this first meeting and I swear my hair is ten times healthier and the color is so fantastic! I…read moredo remember telling her that i want my roots to not be bleached & i want her to bleach the brown out of some different sections of hair so they would become the same kind of platinum blond the whole other side of my head was & TO NOT BLEACH THE PLATINUM PARTS because it might fall out or be even more damaged. She then proceeded to do my hair & then instantly put bleach on my roots & I reminded her that's not what i wanted so she had my hair get rinsed & then we start again & she LITERALLY puts bleach allllll over my hair (except the roots now) & when she started @ the platinum parts i said "wait i told you not to bleach that part" she then replies "i need to bleach the whole thing so it will all be even" i say to myself maybe she is right even tho i knew she wasnt..... she does her thing she tells me there is pink in my hair where she bleached and i tell her "yeah thats from some purple dye i had in my hair its fine tho you could leave it pink" she then doesn't listen explains that she needs it to not be pink and puts toner all over my hair INCLUDING MY ROOTS ...so i tell her to dye my roots just a shade lighter than my natural hair so its still dark but then she made it light brown which didn't cover any of the spots she made then when she was done she presented my hair in a not dry way so i never saw the full picture or all the hair so i was actually ok with it because i was like "ok i guess" and mind you earlier on we had a full blown conversation & she told me she's been working with hair for 10+years...?
