In general, I 5 star this salon because they just always do - I'm now a 3 year client - such perfect work, and because when something doesn't feel, flip around quite right they're extremely easy to discuss with and make any changes or decide not to. I went to Misa for length of her time in USA and when she moved (I got last appt she had Christmas Eve, her cuts were that perfect for my long hair, long and shorter face framing layers cut) I am so happy that Takumi maintained the cut Misa had worked-cut my hair into over 2 years and he made slight adjustment so it's another version of the same perfect.
