I have heard that happens so hopefully my honest review can help others fairly evaluate this business. Since my last review in 2022, I have gotten 4 implants at Pebble Beach Dental. All the work to achieve this was completed by Dr. Erickson. I am a private pay customer, and I have appreciated the payment option provided by Pebble Beach Dental. I just returned home from my bi-annual cleaning, and my oral health is good and stable. I have had bridges removed as the anchor teeth failed and after a time of healing two implants on either side of mouth have been placed. The ability to eat and chew without pain has vastly improved my quality of life. I am really surprised by the negative statement made about the office manager, Stephanie. We have met and spoken both casually and around business over the last 4 years and never have I experienced anything remotely as is being said in these reviews. She is neither petty, dismissive or unprofessional to me nor have I seen her be that with other patients. One would think that if that were her behavior, I would have experienced it as well in this length of time. Something I believe strongly is that no one can make me feel anything. Depending on my perspective and my own state of mind is how I will receive and reaction to any given situation. Please do not these negative reviews prevent you from seeking care at this business as it is at the top of the scale in terms of ability, character, and quality.

Dr. Talbot was cautiously optimistic that he could fix things without causing tooth loss. We moved forward with diagnostics and I arranged a root canal for one problem tooth/abscess. Not long after, we proceeded with application. In the blink of an eye, they were coming off! In another blink, it's already been a year of retention! I can't thank this office enough for their handiwork. To say that this has been life changing really isn't enough. Your office contacted me to confirm the appointments, so I assumed everything was scheduled correctly. When I arrived, I was told the orthodontist doesn't work on Mondays. If that's the case, why was the orthodontic consultation scheduled on a Monday in the first place? I had to arrange childcare for my younger child and take time out of my day to be here, only to be told I'll have to come back another day. This was completely avoidable and feels like a significant waste of my time. I understand that mistakes happen, but this seems like a scheduling issue that should have been caught either when the appointment was made or during the confirmation. My top teeth stayed put, but my bottom didn't. My dentist recommended this office so I gave them a call and started my trays a week ish later. It took a few extra months due to an unexpected gap but happy with the results! My first retainer they made didn't pop in right, but they made it right with me and made a new one that fits perfect. Lesson learned - wear your retainers like they tell you! Your teeth will most likely move.
