This park is such a wonderful addition to Suwanee. You never go by here without seeing lots of people enjoying the amenities. There is something for everyone here. Great restaurants, stores, places for dessert, ... There are nights where they have food trucks and even a farmer's market. The amphitheater hosts plays and music. Really, there is always something going on here. As a mom, I have always felt it was a safe place for my high school Kids to meet up with friends. We love this place. read more

Today my grandson and I had to come out and enjoy the festival at Suwanee Town Center Park. The day is beautiful day too to bring the kids and pets too play in the water eat some good food and listen to music. There are several restaurants surrounding the park too chose from. They have a fun water fountain for the kids to play in. The only thing that's missing is a little shaded area on those extremely hot sunny days. read more

I love this park! It's beautiful and I find myself visiting often, whether it's just to walk my dogs or to go to an event. There are sidewalks that go throughout and along the perimeter of the park, and a stage for performances. There are also plenty of sculptures and art pieces to look at scattered throughout. During the summer, there's even a fountain play area for kids. If you're hungry, there's a few places surrounding the park that you can grab a meal, snack, or dessert at (Mellow Mushroom, Ippolito's, Yogli Mogli, Jilly's Cupcakery, & more). There's also a few shops and boutiques here, too. If there is an event in Suwanee, it's probably being held here. Food Truck Fridays are on the first Friday of the month during the warmer months. Woofstock is held here (I've never seen so many cute dogs in one place at one time before)! Lots of festivals are here (Suwanee Fest, Suwanee Wine Festival, Suwanee Beer Fest, etc). I even saw Who's Bad (the longest running Michael Jackson tribute band) perform here once! Definitely a park worth checking out. It's my favorite part of Suwanee! :) read more

Beautiful park! It has a shopping center &a plenty of eateries. A water fountain area for kids to play in & they do music events for free. I came here almost every day to walk/run/shop/eat when I was on GA. My favorite part was the 9/11 memorial they have. What a breathtaking monument of such a tragic event. If you're in the area, I would stop by. It's a great park to visit. read more

I wouldn't make this a destination for exercise (I like 2-3 mile walks), since the park is small and there is a very short walking trail around the perimeter of the mixed use development. The park itself is so clean that you would feel okay with eating right off of the manicured grass. It is nice to walk the loop and then walk behind the shops for a stroll through the adorable neighborhood behind Town Center. It would be nice to come here to dine at a restaurant and then leisurely stroll around. I liked that they had a piece of the World Trade Center and a piece of the Berlin Wall as part of the monuments. read more

Come during December! Bring your husband, wife, mom, dad, kids, grandparents. Just bring everyone because this park is so AMAZE BALLS! I came during the Suwanee Festival, and let me tell you, it was SUPER packed. One of the many event they host. I came for my first time during December and it was so beautiful. The lights, I fell in love with all of the beautiful lights that they have up. It may not be a big park with lots to do, but hey, everyone makes the best out of everything. It's also great to go on a nice stroll around city hall. Pay attention to when they have events because they do have singers come out and perform! Fell in love with this park because it's a spot my best friend and I would come and just chill. Girl time! Like I said, this park is a must go during the holidays. Bring your Starbucks and take a nice walk, shop, or maybe have a little picnic! 5 stars to you Madison Suwanee Park! read more

Great place to take the kids to cool off on a hot summer day. There's a Mellow Mushroom and a Yogli Mogli across the street so after they're done playing in the fountains, you can walk over and grab something to eat. Don't forget your camera! :) read more

I have not spent much time in Suwanee but since I have joined a Gwinnett running group - we meet around here quite a bit. We had a Saturday morning run & met at Suwanee Town Center. Although we ran around surrounding neighborhoods, our run started and ended here. After our run we ate at Brown Bag Deli & Bagel - hmm delicious! On this particular day, they were setting up for a concert & family night in the park. I will definitely be back to run again & hang out! read more

great park to come to if you are just looking for some quiet time to yourself...to read a book, play catch or just chill out. i came here the other day to explore, as i just moved to suwanee and was looking for the city hall...well, i found it!! it was right across from the park. there are some amazing restaurants here, including the popular chain mellow mushroom. lots of great places for kids to play in (water spout area) and a great path that runs around the park. it was surprisingly clean and serene when i was here, and i was able to take a nap on the lawn without worrying about anything. Saw a lot of families setting up picnics and tents just to relax and have some fun with their family... would definitely recommend this place (maybe even a nice quiet picnic date) read more

The area near downtown Suwanee really is not a park. It is a small grass and sidewalk area with a stage that is planned for local festivals and concerts. This is more of an urban space for a suburban town. The actual downtown Suwanee is hidden across the street, not here. Downtown Norcross and even Downtown Duluth (under construction) has more charm and character. Over a decade ago it was a beautiful tree filled space that had potential to be a beautiful park. Unfortunately, Suwanee decided to use tax dollars to slash and burn the trees, build retail spaces, and a city hall that looks like a movie theater. For families the area is nice if the weather is nice. There is an expensive interactive fountain for children that is quite amazing. The sidewalk is for short strolls since it is too small and not set up for runners or walkers. I have been here many times for festivals and they do have live music and food trucks. Come for the events. The church (Shadowbrook) up the street sometimes even offers free bus service to their parking lot since there is VERY limited parking here. Unfortunately, there really are no picnic tables and it does not accommodate for families to sit together unless you bring a blanket to sit on the ground. The restrooms are hidden on the music stage. The only shaded area is the built area around the fancy fountain. The new seedling trees still have not grown enough to shade families sitting on the green. For non-events I park at the public library and take the tunnel to the park. There is a "tiny" playground at the police station across the street, as you walk there, if you like. Honestly, if you have kids you will have more fun at the amazing wood playground next-door to the library on Main Street. It is a shaded park on the same side of the street as the library. This park is better because it is more fun for the kids and it even has a pavilion for picnics and is more family friendly. read more

I love park for their open fields and the splash pad. The splash pad is perfect for the kids on hot days. All this park is missing is playground. This park is great for family outings. You could go grab food, ice cream, and play outside. It is a good picnic spot as well. There's always lots of events going on here. This park is fun for the whole family! read more

I love love this park. Now that's it's warmed up I will definitely be there at least 2x/week. I like to come and stroll,read, people watch, or just lay out on the grass and star gaze. At night the fountain is so nice with multi colored jets and there are plenty of food options near by. It's probably not the best place for walking miles but great for casual strolls. read more
