The person I spoke to was very interested in the coat, we chatted a good bit about it, and she assured me it would be well taken care of. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. Professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. I'm looking forward to working with this business for a long time.

I couldn't have been more impressed and happy to have met Paris who helped me right away get my clothing needs sorted and a pickup date to match. I saw only about 3-4 people in the about 1.5 hours it took to do all the laundry and fold it. Most people were chill, although one person was playing music on their phone kind of loud, but it was music I liked (Lady Gaga), so no major complaints. The rest of the time it was quiet. There's an ice cream shop on the corner and a pub down the street.

The next day I took it in to them and they gave me a really hard time. All I wanted was for them to fix the suit to the condition I brought it in. They argued and said they wouldn't re hem the pants. When the auto text came in, they charged me $22 to clean the suit. I also noticed there was a bad iron mark on the sleeve which I didn't even talk about but would never wear the suit in public. The damage was so bad, I can't wear the suit. Just about the worse customer service I've ever had. Really bad dry cleaner.

The Owner, Mike, is frequently there to maintain, clean and supervise his business. Everything is clean, operational and people aren't allowed to just leave their clothes in machines and walk away. The facility is clean, brightly lit, the soap dispensers are full, there are several change machines that change $1, $5, $10 & $20 bills. The soda/candy machine is fairly priced and always stocked. The floors are clean and there are numerous carts to move your wet wash to the dryers. Large machines cost $5.50, medium machines $4.50 and small load machines are $2.75; Dryers are 6 minutes for 25 cents. A bargain.
