When I called to file a claim they gave me three options and this was one of my options and I literally chose them because the owner seemed knowledgeable and nice when I visited with him on the phone before coming in. We set up a drop off for me (they come to you if you prefer, I just preferred to drop mine off. When I arrived, the owner Ray was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. I felt confident in his ability to determine what is wrong with my television. Ray helped me unload the unit out of my truck and get it into his store and then he made out a tag for it and gave me the matching tag and I was on my way. He told me I should hear from him as early as Monday as to what is wrong with it and what he estimates, recommends or even IF he recommends we fix it...we will see!

HTOAB not only came in and let us know what we had and what we needed for it to work, but they also offered many options and suggestions for our home. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and responsive always addressing all of our questions. Carlos was great and we decided to upgrade our living room system completely (connecting it to our outdoor speakers as well) and connect the theater room equipment. Even when we had issues with the existing equipment (nothing to do with their company) Carlos came back to trouble shoot until we were happy. Their work is extremely clean leaving you with audio perfection. We were surprised to also have app control of our equipment. What I did not expect, however, was that I would receive products and service that exceeded my lofty expectations at an extremely competitive price. Nelson was transparent throughout the process and helped me select high-quality equipment that met my specific needs while staying within my budget. I was also surprised by the level of operational support provided. Nelson showed me how to use all of the features, but he also set up a number of parameters in advance based on our original discussion without requiring further input. And that support did not stop once the products were installed and the final invoice issued. I am still receiving support on a regular basis. Anytime I have questions, answers are a quick phone call away. Finally, due to my own oversight, my were entirely unreasonable. Nevertheless, met them, and then some, installing my entire less than 48 hours after our initial conversation. He is very friendly and nice and a reminder use the receipt he sends you via text to discuss/contact him. If I have an issue with my son's Game Consoles in the future I will definitely take it to Mr. Charles/Gadget Guy Texas.

Months ago, the door's striker plate began hitting against the door's striker in such a way not to allow the latch to retract. Thus, the door would not close properly and banged against the door upon closing every time. I finally got around to taking a look at it and the installation was incredibly unprofessional. The striker was being held by two garbage metal pieces instead of a normal strike plate deadlatch. There is no excuse for this. I then called Ben, the owner/manager, and that was a condescending speech asking me why I waited so long to tell him. Bottom line and I'm sorry to say this, but I won't be going back and neither should you. I'm updating my review because I just spoke with the owner. He just read my review and told me the garbage pieces holding on my plate came with the lock. Yeah, right! He didn't like my review and said he doesn't want to do business with me in the future. Is this someone you want to deal with? I think definitely not!

Had a network cable run to my office. The installer went through the few options available and did everything I asked in a quick and professional manner and everything regarding the network drop looked good and worked like a charm. During the process, Murphy struck. While crawling in the attic looking for where to drop the wire, he touched a flexible plumbing pipe a foot away which rubbed against a piece of wood and scrapped a tiny hole (I do not blame the installer in any way). Scott (the owner) had a plumber out to fix the pipe 2 hours later, but they could not get to the tiny hole, so hey had to cut a hole in my wall :( . Then 2 days later, Scott had a Painter out to fix the hole in my bathroom and you would never know it was there. Scott was in constant contact as they took care of the extras, and charged me only for the original network drop. I'm sure he lost money on this stupidly simple job, but for going above and beyond, I could not recommend them more. read more

I needed a ethernet connection installed in our new media room. I called on Tuesday and they were able to squeeze me in on Thursday of the same week. When I spoke to them and explain the situation they informed me they did have a similar installation that same week and we were able to do it. The appointment was for 9 o'clock. They showed up on time explained what they wanted to do. He went to work after surveying was done . The young man had excellent customer service explained every step of the way. Once the network jack was installed, we did a speed test I went from 83 MB to 833 MB with the wired connection. Great improvement very satisfied with the work that was done would definitely recommend. "I hired Madison's to overhaul my home's wireless connectivity and install a full-home audio/video system, and I couldn't be more impressed. We were struggling with abysmal data speeds and dead zones, but Scott and Nick recommended a Deco mesh Wi-Fi network integrated with my existing ethernet. The results? I'm now getting 900+ Mbps throughout the entire house. On the entertainment side, they installed state-of-the-art Sonos soundbars, subwoofers, and speakers in my media room, throughout the house, and on the patio. Scott provided phenomenal service. We talked a couple of times (yes, he actually answers his cellphone). Prior to meeting him face to face I was already extremely confident in his knowledge and qualifications. When I did request him to come out initially, it was on very short notice (next day) he was very punctual including a call prior to let me know he was in route. I have used Madison Home Theater for a major project on a new house I purchased three years ago which turned out flawless. I spend at least once a day in my new media room. As we were moving back into our house, we hired Scott and MHT to rehang our TVs and to get them all connected including a new wifi, setting up the smart Tvs, setting up our preferences, upgrading our sound system, etc. He is efficient and was able to problem solve when we did not have all of the equipment we needed.
