Stay. Away. Green…read moreState used an unregistered contractor for unlawful electrical and plumbing work, without pulling permits or having inspections, and then incorrectly told us they weren't needed. And that's just the beginning of our problems with them. We haven't been able to use our master shower in 7 months because they caused a leak just before Thanksgiving of 2025, and they haven't fixed it. Our Christmas photos have 3 large, beautiful holes in the ceiling, above our tree. And their contractor left our jetted tub in a hazardous state, without GFCI electrical protection, and we've been told not to use it for our own safety. You can see they've been cited for multiple issues - the state provides a tool to verify contractors, here: https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/ Their tile installer did extremely poor-quality work. Like jagged breaks in glass accents, wandering tile cuts, edge pieces not lining up, grout in the wrong places, and lots more. The account manager and project manager reviewed his work and said it was industry standard. Literally, they looked at this big, jagged piece of glass glopped in with grout (among tons of other problems, large and small) and told me it's industry standard work and they wouldn't fix it. Not joking. It makes more sense when you hear that: - the account manager is the son of the project manager, - the project manager hired his son-in-law for the tile work, - the son-in-law had been in business less than 6 months, So, he did bad work which they defended. There are actual industry standards, and I read them, and his work definitely doesn't meet them. And then, still, the tile guy installed the underlying waterproofing incorrectly. It's incomplete, it's incorrect, and it doesn't follow manufacturer instructions. He made our shower curb flat instead of angled to drain water, so we ended up with standing water, growing mildew, on top of incomplete waterproofing. The repair they proposed, I discovered, would have been incorrect and not manufacturer approved, too. And then Green State told us we'd have to pay to fix it some of it. They say they have a workmanship warranty, but they ignored requests to warranty their work. So, to recap, they hired an inexperienced in-law who did bad work, asked us to pay to fix their bad work, then refused their warranty. Then there's the hole into our attic they made around September 2025, told us was fixed multiple times, then come to find out they hadn't, so they finally fixed it at the end of January 2026. Or that they fabricated our new countertop wrong, so there's a gap between the side splash and the wall. Or that they didn't seal it with silicone either so water can go straight back to the wall... So, like I said: Stay. Away.

We hired Green State to clean up our attic and crawlspace as we had signs of past rodent activity and wanted to get it cleaned up and mitigated to stop future rodent activity. First of all, they were able to fit us in on New Year's Eve which was only 2 days after we originally got in contact with them. All other companies we talked to were 2-3 weeks out. Not to mention, they were the most affordable of all the companies we contacted. Max came to our home to do the work and was incredible the whole time. He answered all my questions, kept me up to date on what he found, and even fixed a vent pipe we didn't know was broken for no extra charge. He was in and out in about 2.5 hours and got us the final report by end of day. I would 100% recommend Green State Restoration to anyone who needs cleanup and mitigation. They are fabulous!

So, when my portable AC leaked onto my flooring last night, I knew who I was going to contact. I called when they opened, and found out that he was booked for the next week. I decided to send him a message to see if there was a company he would recommend to me. He actually responded immediately and said that he'd be able to squeeze me in! You have no idea how grateful I was to hear that. He gave me two time options, and called me when he was on the way. I had no idea how much water had made its way into my flooring, so I was preparing myself for the worst. Turns out, it didn't end up being a catastrophe! Matthew used a thermal camera, and a moisture meter to inspect for moisture on the floor/subfloor and flex ducting. Once again, he was thorough at his job, and in his communication. It's difficult finding people that take pride in their work, are trustworthy, and do a great job. I've had quite a few companies do various types of jobs for me, and there are only two who I'd recommend. Mathew with Puget Sound Water Rescue is one of them!

Mathew, the owner of Puget Sound Water Rescue was timely in his responsiveness over the Yelp App (on a Sunday afternoon) and ultimately provided us the perspective and information that we needed to determine whether or not professional remediation services were warranted at this point. Ultimately we determined with his help that they were not. Despite the fact that we did not end up hiring (anyone), his knowledge, honesty, and helpfulness were 5 stars worthy. Highly recommend talking to and/or Mathew for your remediation needs!

They basically inherited the business and experience from Clean Crawls (which was a big name contractor around King and Snohomish years ago.) We met 2 people from Patrick's crew, they were polite, hardworking, and super chill. The crew always showed up on time -- which is saying something because I-5 can be so unpredictable. Pat kept me in the loop the whole time with updates and photos of the damage. We're first-time homeowners and Pat took the time to explain things to us. Gave us tips etc. Straight-up, no BS or NO upsells! The work they did for us was top-tier. I am a "perfectionist" and I was happy with how everything turned out. If you see your home as an investment (because it is), Pat and his crew should be your go-to. The best part is they're honest. None of that, "Oh, we didn't include this in the original quote because we didn't see X, Y, Z coming." The guys on the crews been around for 15 YEARS and pretty much know what's probably going on beneath the surface before they even start. They handle all sorts of things like crawl space work, drainage, insulation, vapor barriers--the works. If you got a house problem, they got a solution. ** One thing to note: they are super hands-on and always busy, so if you call and don't get through, give it another shot. I think my wife said she called them 2-3 times because the crew's always on the road. **

Lately the upstairs rooms always felt dusty and the temperature kept changing a lot, cold at night and warm during the day. Someone suggested checking the attic and once it was opened it was pretty obvious the insulation was very old and the space needed a real cleaning. Team came out and took their time looking around first. They explained what they were seeing and why the old insulation was not really doing its job anymore. There was a lot of buildup, old insulation, dust, and just years of stuff sitting in the attic. Once they started removing everything it was kind of surprising how much came out. Whole attic was cleaned out properly before anything new went in. They also pointed out a few small openings where air was getting in and sealed those while they were up there. After that the new insulation was installed and the difference started to show pretty quickly. Upstairs already feels more comfortable and the house keeps the temperature much better. Air feels cleaner too, which was something that was noticed almost right away. One thing that stood out was how careful they were during the process. They covered areas they were walking through and cleaned everything before leaving so there was no mess left behind. Attic cleaning and insulation is probably one of those things people forget about until it becomes a problem. Looking back it probably should have been done earlier, but really glad it finally got taken care of. House feels better overall and it just gives peace of mind knowing the attic is clean and properly insulated now. Really good experience from start to finish.

All new again helped clean the water out when it was rushing into our home, moved all our stuff out, did complete remediation, documentation, and rebuild to our specifications. The documentation was especially important because our homeowners insurance did not want to pay. Documentation All New Again created was instrumental in proving the loss to insurance, and saved us from several pitfalls which would have resulted in us having to pay entirely out of pocket had we gone with a remediation provider that was less full-service. Amir, Vas, Alex, Vlad and Igor were our rebuilding team, and they did a great job returning our Bothell house to its exact original condition, as well as building our Kenmore house back to our specifications. We were presented with clear options, pricing, and the end result was fantastic. Johnny, Ryan, and Noah worked on our remediation. This was handled with care and attention to detail that held on to the value of our house and completely out-classed the thinking of our insurance inspectors, who seemed wholly uninterested in helping. Johnny even walked our insurance adjusters through the property to explain to them what happened. The remediation team produced much of the documentation that we are now relying on in negotiation with our insurance. Orfa and Nora Packed and moved all our stuff out, and then back in at the end. We didn't have to unpack or pack any boxes at all! Our stuff just was where it was before, it was like magic. John and Gary both helped us understand what next steps looked like when insurance pushed back and refused to pay. Though All New Again could not be our lawyers or advise us directly, they did educate us so that we were prepared to advocate for ourselves and hire lawyers when that became necessary. John and Gary's combination of experience and connections were invaluable to our process with insurance.

Jesus and Brandon were respectful of the space -- for example, when they had to take down some heavy closet doors and lean them against a wall, they put a cloth between the doors and the wall so as not to scratch the wall. They suggested fixes that in my mind went above and beyond, such as putting a layer of primer on the sheathing to help it resist moisture, should my roof leak again in the future. Hopefully I'll never need them again in the future, but if I do, they'll be the ones I call first.

Money is important so let's talk it, they say how much they want you to get your bonus and then take it away at every chance they get. Their average pay out for jobs is $75, well below their competitors and you only get it every quarter. So even though their project turn around is under 10 days, you have to wait 90 to get your paltry sum. You can be expected to be micromanaged to a degree you've never seen before working under the regional here. He will write you up for every little thing including not updating notes on your day off. He will lie to your face about how he wants you on the team and then will fire a teammate the next day. If you have the misfortune of working here do yourself a fun favor and in a company meeting track how many times he says " I,Me, I used to, back when I". The small fragile man could not be more self absorbed and validation seeking. They will not train you for the position, they will not show you how to use their CRM, they will tell you training is a month and then have you on your own in two weeks. Close rate was 80-90%, company requirement is 60%. They treat every lead as equals and give no leeway on mold and LSA referrals. PMs are expected to run jobs entirely from closing them, running the crews, and doing the billing side of things as well as insurance negotiations. You have zero support from admin staff. Really watching their GM run this team is like watching someone try to put out a dumpster fire with gasoline, entertaining if nothing else.
