I had a water leak in my wall and on my hardwood flooring. PureDry restoration can out the day I called. Jordon, Eric & Luis did such a great job. they informed me what they were doing each time they arrived. Even put on special shoe coverings when they came in. Took three days to dry out the water on the flooring. Jordon and Luis put up a plastic room covering so the heat was contained in only that part of my room. My house was damaged by a water leak in the master bathroom. The bathroom floor was soaked from under the shower and the leak got to the downstairs family room. After getting my phone call, Andrea responded very quickly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The shower, the floor, and the ceiling must be opened, dried, and the mold treated for mitigation. Andrea and his team did a great job in that. For the restoration, Andrea and his team had to replace two sinks with new counter tops, redo one toilet, redo the shower with new dry wall, cement board, tiles, and the bathroom floor. For the family room, they had to repaint the ceiling and the result is great. I have no complaints. A leak from my roof caused water damage in my kitchen ceiling and wall. Drywall and everything had to be dried out with dehumidifiers for several days. Cabinets had to come off to get to the wall behind. Then drywall was patched and ceiling was re-painted. Andrew was booked out for a couple of weeks but he knew I really wanted my kitchen back together by Thanksgiving so he came and did the work himself. Everything was completed and good as new before Thanksgiving. My insurance company did get confused by his estimate for some reason so I had to work with them a lot to get it approved. We had a water heater that caused a good amount of damage. Andrew did a great job restoring that room. The bathroom was a different story! The tile pattern does not match. The base boards were butted up against each other instead of cut to the proper angle. The nail holes were not covered and painted over. Some of the base board was not even painted, etc. When shone these things the response was, " it looks ok". To top it off Andrew demanded payment well over expenses such as dump fees, supervision fees, and overhead and profit margins.
