Giselle made me feel so welcomed. She did a wispy volume set on me and it turned out so nice! Her hands and technique were very light (so light, I fell asleep!). Although she had a good intention she totally shouldn't be a licensed lash person. I went home to see if the irritation would get better with time and the next morning I woke up with extremely swollen eyes. I checked to see the placement of the eyelashes and they have placed them basically in my water line not allowing my eye to breath. Additionally she placed a set of eyelashes on 2/3 of my natural lashes. I have seen my natural eyelashes are starting to fall and also my eyes just feel at extreme pain. I reached out to management and requested for them to remove them and have someone else place them again or that I would like a refund for this terrible work and they do not want to assist. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. As a business owner myself I hate to add these type of reviews however this does not show loyalty to their customers. And I am not going to spend a ton of money going to a better salon to get these eyelashes removed and replaced.
