Kim took great care of me and my skin! Her facial might honestly be the best one I've gotten so far. She pampered my skin and used a wide variety of products and treatments to make my face shine. She kindly explained each step of the process and created an extremely relaxing environment. I treated myself to the "Queen for the Day" special, which included a facial and massage combo. As you can see from my photos, Kim went all out to make me feel like royalty. The massage was absolutely heavenly, and I left the spa with my face feeling incredibly soft, bouncy, and hydrated. I came today on my birthday and I was so happy to get a last min appointment. Kim checked me in and gave me a very relaxing facial & scalp massage . She was so thorough and was able to get all the stubborn black heads in my nose that have been driving me crazy lol. The room was very cozy and smelled amazing . I will be back and will be telling all my family and friends about this new gem. I will be booking lash service next . I also appreciate the drink bar with teas, water , coffee etc . Wanted to get a deep facial scrub for my acne and dry rough skin and it seem like the whole time she wasn't making an effort on my face. It was too short and lousy job all for 110$ microdermabrasion. I've had better facials where they would actually take time to rub scrub my face with their hands with good enough pressure and a facial brush and my extractions would take good minute as opposed to this place the lady barely took out any. She only made it look shiny by slapping cream on it to make it look good but my skin was still the same no real results. This is why I hate picking random salons only to overpay for bad service. The lady didn't seem like she wanted to help and her attitude and personality was unwelcoming. Not a people person. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Rip off. read more

I had my first ever facial this afternoon with Kim. If you're looking for someone who cares about quality service, I highly recommend her! She's very friendly and sweet. Once I entered the spa, Kim welcomed me in and had me fill out an intake form and then led me to the room for service. I decided to do the hydro facial service and am 100% pleased with the service. Kim was so kind to move around her schedule to accommodate my busy mom life! She let me in after I mistakenly went around the back (entrance is street-side). My first impression of the waiting area was clean, cozy, and tranquil. After filling out some paperwork and using the clean and updated restroom I was led to a calming treatment room - macrame hanging plants, wooden floating shelves, and ambient music to remove any traces of the urban outside environment. The facial I received was amazing! I have very sensitive skin and am always worried about my skin reacting to something, but the products that she used on my face were gentle and hydrating.
