Unfortunately, when the driver showed up, he tried to charge our card for $150 tip on top of our price. He basically held us hostage until we agreed to pay him out at the end of the night. When we called to get someone on the phone, there was no one available. The following Monday morning, we called our original contact, who was no help at all. He said we should not have paid the driver. He also did not make good on the situation at all. Overall, a fun night with a HUGE BUZZKILL at the beginning. I will never rent from this company again.

The limo itself was a beautiful Cadillac stretch, with so much room! I expected to be cramped but we had enough room for several more people. Everyone was SO IMPRESSED with the ride. Very cool. Our driver was friendly and professional. He dressed as expected and drove that 3-axle beast with great skill. I booked with Ron, who was extremely informative and patient with me, as I obsessed a little about everything going smoothly. The contract was emailed to me ahead of time and clearly spelled out all costs and fees. There were no surprises, except positive ones. Ron also worked with me to get the cost down to my price range and competitive with some other quotes I had received. I would definitely use USA Regency again.

He communicated with us once he was at the airport, met us promptly at the baggage area with a cart for our luggage, and delivered us to our home in efficient fashion. The car was comfortable and stocked with water and mints for our enjoyment; and he had a very pleasing musical selection on the radio. However, it was William's effusive personality and delightful demeanor that set this transportation experience apart. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with him during the journey. It was an easy and interesting conversation; and by the end of the drive, we felt as if we had been with an old friend. William made quite the impression on us; and he certainly represented Rely Limo at the highest level. They are very lucky to have him with the company; and we were very lucky to have enjoyed our ride home with him. We were also thrilled with the level of communication and confirmations we received from Rely Limo, letting us know they were on track with our pick-up times. Most importantly, when we had a flight delay that required us to extend our travel by one more day, Rely Limo responded immediately to reschedule our pick-up for the next day, and communicate that change had been made at no charge to us. Very disappointing…read more When I signed up, they said they track all flights. Seemed ok....then one day I Arrived at LAX from a flight from overseas that was 1 hour late....no driver. Called them up...and then ONLY they dispatched someone and overall I had to wait an hour. Why did I pay all this money? Should have just done Uber. Should have learned my lesson there. Going to the airport on another day.... I had a flight delay. Called to check in with the car service who was scheduled to get me and they said sorry...car is on the way. I asked "Don't you track and reschedule -- and they said no. Nope. Too bad. And so they fully charged me for a car I didn't need and wouldn't remove the gratuity I had on the card. So weird -- they said basically "So what." Just seemed like I was dealing with jerks who literally didn't care and had my credit card number to do whatever they wanted. Ugh. . I feel duped and taken advantage of. So please do not use this service. Use VIP or any of the others that listen and actually serve the client. If you do decide to use this service -- DO NOT automatically add a 15% gratuity on a credit card. Just do all cash so you don't get screwed.

Honestly this company seems a bit unavailable…read more The reason one hires a car company for airport runs is so that they can trust that they'll get to the airport on time... Yet the owner of this company, "ARCHI", wanted to have me schedule my time of pick up - rather than giving recommendations as to what time we should be leaving. I don't make regular airport runs to LAX on a daily basis ... so I'm not the right person to make that call - obviously! The owner (ARCHI) is very sweet. But when I sent him the times for my flights - Departure and Arrival - he kept saying he wasn't clear on what my flights were for that day. We literally went back-and-forth 5 times on texts with me saying it's literally the time that I listed - time of departure and time of arrival. When I picked up the conversation a couple of weeks later - still leaving at least two weeks before I needed to book the service - I got back a text that Archi is "out of the country" now... and wasn't even going to be back within the two weeks for the booking! That's probably information he should've shared when he knew the date originally - because I certainly did send the date that I needed to book the service. Perhaps the company is just struggling at the moment but most likely will not be booking with this company in the future.

My fiance asked you why we couldn't just go straight down LaBrea, instead of turning and cutting down so many streets, especially with the way you flung us around. You just said "trust the driver", instead of even hearing us out. You're a sedan service, not a cab. I said we "might" have a friend pick us up on the return. Then I called to see if we could have another car pick us up, where the car didn't smell like smoke and a less aggressive driver. Then I found out you were the owner, so I simply said "no thanks". As the bride, I got to ride in the Rolls Royce on the way to church and on the way there I told my mom (who was riding with me) that I was hungry. Being the bride, it was tough to eat much that day, and the driver overheard our conversation and offered to stop at the nearest fast food restaurant for me. I explained we had no money on us (since we weren't carrying any type of purses) but he insisted that he could purchase my meal. The meal cost our driver no more than $3, but it was the thought and the exceptional customer service he provided me with, that I will never forget.
