Ricardo was an awesome chauffeur. He was super communicative leading up to the pick up , messaged us right when we landed and was right on time to pick us up. He lifted all our heavy bags into the car and took great care of us after the long travel. The waters and snacks in the car were a nice touch and the Lincoln Navigator we were in was very clean and comfortable. Where do I start?? Art sent me the name/number of the would-be limo driver, I texted and no reply. Then I called and he said that another driver would be coming. Contacted Art and he said that the 2nd driver was out front. I wanted to text the driver to make it a surprise. No go. No reply from driver. Got in the Escalade and shocked. Vinyl pulling off trim around windows, imprints of female hands on the inside glass windows (yep you guessed it) and ... hang on for the best ! AC not working. 78degrees blowing hot. I will never use or recommend this guy or company again !!!! I thought for a minute that they'd give me a break for riding in a junk limo for 45 minutes at 78 degrees. No, sent me the invoice for the balance!!! I guess one job is enough for this guy. There's 50 other limo companies within 10 miles. I'll go elsewhere!!! .... Reply to Arts dismissal: Art, if a replacement vehicle was all that significant I would have put that in the review. Yes you sent another van; That was the least you could do. No wonder why you charged all the upfront fees. How about not charging the additional $300 and trying to gain some future business? Now others will know that 78degrees in a junk limo with females hands on the glass isn't worth the replacement. How embarrassing! Good grief! The ONLY consolation was a nice driver. They are my go to for party bus & fun limos! They are quick to respond to questions or with quotes via yelp messaging. The pictures accurately reflect their fleet. You also pay upfront with tip for driver included in the quote so you don't have to worry about the tip at the end of the night, unless you want to give additional. Their pricing is really competitive. They are very responsive throughout the whole booking experience and pick up. I didn't have to contact them for info as I have with other limo services. They arrived on time and we're flexible during the ride and waited during the event, and we're easy to contact and meet for pickup after the event. read more

I've used Art and AA Limo for my production talent limo rides for the past 3 years now. No complaints, they are professional, attentive, and provide great service. I am very disappointed to give this review. I was told that I would only be charged for the hours actually driven and that I was giving my card only to hold the reservation. I deliberately clarified that if we only needed the driver for 2 hours, I'll only be charged for 2 hours. I unfortunately had to cancel the reservation because the passenger's cousin committed suicide and so, we no longer needed the ride. I book limo & driver services a lot for my clients, so I called hoping to get a credit or reschedule the ride. It was 5am and the day was clearly off to a bad start already but I tried to be apologetic & find a compromise. I was largely ignored by the agent and told that I would be charged for a 6-Hr. Ride. When she put me through to the owner, he completely berated me and claimed I was threatening them. I have never really been spoken to in this way by anyone in customer service. Most companies are happy to reschedule, give credits, or even fully refund for rides not taken but they charged me for the full 6 hours. Of course, I had to report it to my credit card company and I'm trying to get it figured out but I can't allow my clients to use this service moving forward. They seemed really good at first, so I'm disappointed. read more

I arranged to have my son and 9 of his friends picked up and dropped back off for their Prom. When I called I spoke with Art who was very kind and helpful assuring me that the kids would be safe. He also brought to my attention that sometimes kids like to stop off after to get food or just hang out, to prepare me for any added prices and offered me a discount in the event it happened. AA Limo Service was well-priced compared to the competition, and the drivers were on time and easy to reach via text. Those are by far the most important qualities to me in a limo service. The only drawback was that the first sprinter van had terrible suspension, so we were bouncing up 6-12" every time we hit a bump on the way to the airport. The van on our return home was fine, so hopefully they got the first one fixed. We'd use them again. read more

Everything went fantastic!! The rates were amazing, the driver was great, and Art was such a breeze to work with! There was a little bit of communication errors between what I would tell them and what would get relayed to the rest of the team. Even after updating addresses, they wouldn't have that in their system, one person would call and then another would call right after and ask the same questions, and even then our driver wasn't given the directions to drop the men off at the venue first and then come get the ladies. But honestly, I consider this all a small hiccup! The Mercedes sprinter van was better than what I was expecting! More of a party bus and I was pleasantly surprised! It was stocked with sodas, water, plastic champagne glasses, and even a complimentary bottle of champagne for me and my wedding party! Overall, I am beyond satisfied!
