What to say about Crown Limo? Well, how about fantastic! How about outstanding! How about one of the best run service companies in Southern California! How about I start with Professionalism? From my first contact with Customer Service, to the speed with which they responded to my emails, to the staff, the way they treated us, the way they like to say yes... They are easily one of the best companies I've dealt with in the past several years! Service: On time and ready. In fact... early. In communication via sms text and phone throughout our journey. Email confirmations and concierge quality attention to your reservation. Not only on time, but excellent choice of routing to optimize our trip time to and from the airport. Comfort: new, luxurious, beautiful limos and Mercedes Benz 550s. Driven like we were royalty. Treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Not just clean, but luxurious and comfy. The cars were especially well suited with dimming lights and separate a/c and music for back and front. Extra reclining seats with seat warmer or cooler installed. Leather interior with wood paneling. Staff: Kind and interesting drivers. Well dressed and neat appearances. Willing to wait while we got Starbucks on way home as our kitchen cabinets were empty of food. We literally no sooner stepped into the baggage claim area when I turned on my phone, when it rang from the driver who was already in baggage claim and within 10 seconds came to get our bags. After traveling a long way home, our driver knew the best and fastest route home, carried our bags into the living room, and even asked if there was anything else he can do? Now I know that this is how a limo service is supposed to operate, but most don't. In fact, few companies do. The company's owner David Navon receives high praise from his employes. He knows how to nurture kindness and empathy from his staff, and he delivers some of the best service we have experienced in some time. It seems unfair to just give Crown Limo a 5 out of 5. I'd like to raise the bar and give them a 999 out of 1,000. They lose a point only because there was no gray poupon waiting for us with crackers and champagne. It's okay. EXCELLENT Limousine Service. I had to find transportation for my boss who was a bit picky on the type of transportation since covid is still around. I came across Crown Limousine through yelp and absolutely glad I contacted them for the transportation to and from LAX. I contacted them and they were very quick with replying by emails and providing me the details to their vehicle options. I spoke with them through the phone as well to address all questions and concerns and they were able to answer everything I had asked as well as provide suggestions. Within 20 minutes I found myself booking my boss' arrival transportation (everything meeting her request) and fully paying for the transportation. Shortly after, I emailed them back to book the transportation from airport to LAX as well, fully paid. I have to admit I was afraid for a little bit as you hear all the horror stories with some other limo companies, as well as difficulties contacting and getting replies from the agency. However, not with Crown Limousine. They answered every one of my emails very quickly too. Considering that I am outside of the US and email is more convenient than pay the international phone cost to call. I have to admit I might have been the annoying client who bombarded them with emails and questions and slight changes to the itinerary time and what not for my boss, but they were absolutely fantastic and were quick on getting things answered and done. I definitely would book through them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a transportation service. Of all transportation companies I have used in the past for my boss, I have never encountered one that provided such great service! I had a sister that lived in Oxnard, CA that was diagnosed with terminal cancer in January 2015. All the rest of the siblings (4 of us) live on the east coast. We contacted Crown Limousine and on the first trip we had the good fortune to have Gary Lustgarten as our driver. He was very thoughtful of our personal situation, always on time, coming and going. You could not have a better driver. We used Crown Limo for at last 12 trips to and from my sisters and always requested him as our driver. 2 of us traveled alone a lot of the trips and our husbands and ourselves were very secure in the fact that we had Gary to count on to take care of our needs in getting to and from the airport. He also helped us to go to the hospital when our sister had surgery! I cannot say enough good things about Gary. We all own very successful businesses on the East coast and have actually tried to get Gary to come east to work. I wish the Charleston SC area had services like Gary. He was aware we enjoyed Figi water on the trips and always had a cold bottle for us as well as a variety of phone chargers in case we needed to charge our phones. He came in and worked on his days off to accommodate us and picked us up in the wee hours of the morning with a smile and professionalism that is unparalleled. I became an instant fan of Crown Limousine after, interestingly enough, there was a misunderstanding on my part about types of Town Cars that resulted in me not being happy. It seemed to me the driver arrived in the wrong vehicle. - Actually, it was the exact Town Car that I ordered. I called and spoke with Marc who runs Crown Limousine and I was so impressed with how he really listened and talked with me. He had such empathy and was very understanding and that made a lasting impression. Most people can run a company when no challenges or unexpected things ever happen, but that's not real life. Extraordinary service!!!!!!!!!! Crown limousine has been one of the best experiences i have had with anyone for anything formal. i have came out in many weddings and quinceaneras, and believe me, this service stood out more than any other i remember. I believe this driver by the name of Chaz (probably misspelled) went out of his way to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the service and night!!!!! you cant get that anywhere else. not only he help us do the best to get in t the places where we needed to go, but he also knew lots of great places to go in LA. i have been in many limos for all kinds of occasions and this one has got to be the best ive had, and i recomend this to everyone for any ocassion. i wish i seen these guys before. i will definately be recomending the driver we had and for our next ocassion we will ask for Chaz!!!! read more

We used Crown Limo for our wedding in May 2009, and they were excellent. We ordered two limos, and they both showed up well ahead of time, and they utilized alternate routes extremely well to get us to the chapel ahead of time also, always managing to miss the traffic, even though it was a holiday weekend. The cars were very nice and in good condition inside and out. The drivers were helpful, polite and friendly and helped to ensure that we had an excellent day. Our travel was totally stress free, and they were fine with taking ten people home at the end of the night and making ten different stops. Very friendly people, and their communication and organization were excellent over the phone as well. The price was fair. All round, absolutely excellent. read more

When I called to confirm things the morning of, the staff member that took my call was really nice and helpful. My boss raved about their experience and had the best anniversary thanks to Crown and their driver, Robert. Robert showed up earlier than expected, with a clean, stocked limo. He was super professional and went above and beyond. My bosses husband accidentally forgot his wallet in the limo and Robert held it for them to pick up the following day. Crown Limo service made my visit to Los Angeles,(7/26/11) for the first time, worry-free when it came to transportation. I searched the internet and read various reviews for the different types of transportation. I called Crown Limo because of it's high ratings by others. By no means was I disappointed. The driver, Desmond ,who picked me and companions up from LAX was courteous , very professional, gave us a little history of the city and good places to eat. When time for departure came, our driver, Jimmy, was on time and he too was courteous , very professional . Plus Jimmy made us laugh, laugh, and laugh! I've used Crown Limousine for the last three years four our Grammy Award Show events. This year, we booked two large vehicles for our guests, and one of my drivers was Robert. If they held a Grammy Award for Best Driver Of The Year, hands down, Robert would be this year's winner for "Best Driver" in Los Angeles. Crown is an outstanding company. I had a chance to visit their office a few years ago and was extremely impressed by how much their staff cares about their clients. The company has best practices on everything that they do. The reservation agents are very courteous and take great care in making sure that their clients have a seamless experience from booking to billing. The attention to detail is very evident when you enter one of their vehicles.
