Way in the back they have a small grocery area with coolers, freezers, and sacks of rice. They have aisles of canned foods, HABA (health and beauty), stationery, and cheap hardware. Up front, they have a huge selection of balloon designs. Also, incense and candles. Why 3-stars? Narrow aisles and the smell of urine. Your aisles are narrow. Then some are made very narrow by having merchandise boxes stacked on the floor. Someone in a wheelchair will have a problem. Also, your store isn't clean. I go in right away they take glances at me as I look at the items and I see what they have. There was an old lady and another girl. As I'm walking through the store the old lady doesn't say anything but continues to stare. She then tells me that to walk around the store I must leave my little sisters back pack and my purse on a cart. What bothered me is that my partner has had a similar experience of hostility. Almost like the lady thinks we don't have the money to shop there and we'll steal something. I was considering buying an item from them but after that experience I will not see myself in there. It's a place of racism and discrimination, especially when others that go in that are white don't have that same experience.
