Read the google reviews and you will see the owner being rude to some, while giving the same tired response to everyone who left a review about them demanding more tips. The response was "we are sorry, customers typically tip 15-20% but it is ultimately up to them. We will do what we can to fix this". If it was up to the customers, then multiple customers wouldn't be saying the exact same thing about being harassed for tips. Clearly nothing is being done to fix it. Disrespectful and money hungry people that work there. They don't give magical massages to do all of that. Go to the other spa right down the street.

To compensate for the volume created by the Amazon Local vouchers, Marleny took me on a Tuesday even though her sign says she is closed on Tuesdays. I appreciate that she made time for me! She asked me about points of tension and was very thorough about making sure i didn't have any injuries or illnesses before she massaged me. She took me to the "Egypt room" for my massage. Usually massage places go with an East Asian theme, so I appreciated the unique theme! She has great hand strength and was very diligent about trying to get the knots out of my neck and shoulders. I had a regular Swedish massage. In the past I've come out of a massage feeling super oily from the products used, which then tends to make me feel icky. Marleny's massage oil/lotion did not leave me feeling icky! The space is new and very clean and inviting. It faces JFK drive but I never heard any car noise.
