    Crab gyro
    Brett N.

Why 4 stars? Because I had a freaking crab gyro. --- --- --- I have definitely never seen such a thing on any menu, anywhere. I will be checking out MOTM the next time I see them out at a food truck rally, and could definitely see my rating bumping up to 5. The crab gyro was great, I really have no complaints.

Food truck Tuesdays! Has the gyro delicious & flavorful. Get the meal. You can add extra sauce. There's enough on there but I like extra sauce. Got a side of cheese sauce for my fries too.

Used Maggie's on the Move for our last corporate event and she exceeded exoectations!

I used Maggie on the Move for a corporate event and booked her based on Yelp reviews. Once again, Yelp did me right because Maggie was AMAZING! We gave our team the choice of a Gyro, Chicken Souvlaki Pita, or Falafel Pita with a side greek salad, pasta salad or chips. Everything was delicious and was talked about for days following the event.n Maggie also handled our crowd of 90+ people at once extremely fast! I will definitely be seeking out where she is on the weekends and going to grab a bite from her food truck!

    Spanikopita and Domades

So this is my second time trying Maggie ON the Move,. This time the food was much better, I had the Dolmades again and this time they were delish. Great flavor and the rice was cooked this time, so they were great. I think I might need to grab a few to take home . The Spanikopita was great, crispy, and the feta spinach filling had good flavor and it was overly buttery. Another winner.

    Greek salad

When I heard that Maggie's was going around my neighborhood during quarantine I was THRILLED. I'd been meaning to go for so long after hearing great reviews from others. I got a Greek salad which could have easily fed two people and was amazing (I'd already eaten a good deal of it in the photo, it looked so good I completely forgot about taking a picture for yelp until I was several bites in). Plenty of toppings which was great as salads can often be lettuce with not much else, this one really delivered. The peppers that come with the salad are great, but definitely not for you if you don't like spice.

    Greek Wings

I was recently at the Pinellas Park Wings, and Craft Beer event and Maggie's was one of the food trucks I tried. The ladies were friendly and approachable, and it looked like some people were ordering the same Greek Wings, crispy, that I tried. The wings were lightly browned and crispy they were sprinkled with dry oregano, crumbled feta, and diced tomato. They were good but not AMAZING. I kind of wish that they had tossed them in seasoned olive oil as the dry oregano just sat on the top and didn't add much. The other disappointment was the $6.00 cost for three smallish wing pieces. At three pieces for $6.00, I would have expected whole wings

Fresh ingredients and lots of flavor! I had something with chicken (I completely forgot the name) but it was delicious. I usually don't like taziki sauce but their's was filled with so much flavor. It was served with a side of fries. I don't like mayo so I didn't try their potato salad, but a bunch of people were raving about it - they said it was very spicy.

So Maggie comes to our office a lot and I have always wanted to try it but could never time it right. Today I was able to grab the Maggie's Cuban...OMG...so good! The flavor of the meats was so good, pita toasted just right and the sauce and cheeses was a perfect match. The service was really fast and friendly. Looking forward to trying something else there! The deviled eggs looked really good. #maggieonthemove

    Sample of Chicken Souvlaki...delicious
    Amy K.

Got to enjoy Maggie's during a beer festival as their 'free ticket' food choice. I was very pleased. I had the chicken souvlaki which was a half sized, mini version. Amazing tzatziki sauce and big chunks of chicken. Really delicious! Next time I hope to try to the nachos!

It's not that they're uncommon around the area, it's more that we've never been able to find them when we're hungry. However, this one happened to be at the right place at the right time, and the three of us pulled in to take a look. It was parked in the parking lot at Warner's Vineyard, and is apparently a fixture there for the concerts and things they play, not to mention other days of the week. The menu, however, is full of things one wouldn't expect to find outside of somewhere like Grand Rapids. Conch? Soft-shell crab? In Paw Paw? Well... hopefully this place can get the word out, because I know we have a lot of foodies around! Unfortunately, as much as I'd love to be adventurous, hunger won out, and I ended up trying the hamburger, while my sister got the Italian Beef sandwich- both of which came with a mound of fries that my niece seemed to have an eye for annihilating. It did take a while for everything to cook, but there's a nice little area with a decent-sized river running through it that you can watch (it desperately needs picnic tables or SOMETHING, that area is too pretty to not take advantage of!). I'd be a tad careful about sitting- there were leftover fishing bobbers in the grass, and I can't be too sure there weren't fishhooks or something there. But finally, our food was made and ready and we paid for it, and retreated to the car to sample. The burger was nice and juicy, and had plenty of toppings to it- yet the bun was nice and good and though slightly toasted, not to the point of falling apart. The Italian Beef sandwich was loaded full of yummy beef, and the smell of it was just plain amazing. The french fries were really, really good- they were the kind that's slightly firm on the outside, but full of fluffy potato goodness- not crunchy, but solid enough to stand up to ketchup and still not end up all crunchy. Both sandwiches came with a lot more in the way of french fries than it showed in the pictures- they're niece-approved and she went through a few solid handfuls of them. But the first thing my sister said after tasting her sandwich was "Mmmmmm!"- she was really impressed by the flavor of the beef, and it was a huge sandwich, too! The burger was also really juicy and wonderful, to the point where I was just dipping it in ketchup and practically inhaling it. It's bigger and thicker than I was used to in a burger, and it even passed the bun test- I could hold it and dip it with one hand and not have everything droop and fall out of the bun all over the box/my lap/whatever else I had there. About the only caveat I have is that this place IS a food truck, so it's kind of expensive- the burger with fries ran us ten bucks, and the Italian Beef was twelve bucks- in all, our bill was about $26 for two people and one fry-inhaling six-year-old- but on the other hand, the food is REALLY, REALLY good. If you're in the area, or even just passing through, check this truck out and pass the word- you won't be disappointed! Be sure to check out their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/CurbingYourAppetite/ to find out what musical acts are coming soon- and for yummy reminders like when their prime rib or barbecue ribs are coming out of the oven!

If you are nice, maybe they will give you a sample of the Ceviche with fresh herbs and lime. Today, I was fortunate enough to have the Baked Brie in Croissant--- served with a side of their famous Mango Chutney. It was heavenly! The Seafood Gumbo is packed with tender bits of seafood and okra, serviced with a side of rice. The shrimp, scallops, chicken, sausage, and squid were so tender and fresh. The rice is even fragrant and expertly cooked! They pride themselves on their famous Wild Salmon, which is richer and more natural tasting than the stuff you buy from the grocery store. The service is friendly, organized, and fast. With food trucks, I normally have to double check everything, but at Curb Your Appetite everything has been perfect so far. https://www.facebook.com/CurbingYourAppetite/info

Before I say anything I have to say this was the best falafel I've had in my life!!!! And I'm so upset I took pictures of nothing because I was just blissfully stuffing my face the entire time. We had: sampler appetizer with 3 dips, pita, falafel and a rice salad. Tacos. Steak kabob gyro. And falafel platter with side chicken kabob. Chocolate pistachio cheesecake. Crème brûlée. The total was under $125 and that feels like a great deal for allll that food! Everyone brought home leftovers. Every single thing was delicious!!! It's also a byob spot which I love. So feel free to bring your own bottle of wine! The staff is wonderful! So sweet. The restaurant is also super cozy and intimate. Reservation recommended in case, but could easily get an outdoor spot or walk in and place a to go order! I cannot wait to try their brunch!!! I pinky promise I'll take pictures then.

Unfortunately, the portion sizes were surprisingly small for the price, especially the chicken dish. We arrived at 5:45 p.m. for our 6:00 p.m. reservation and were seated promptly, which was appreciated. However, we waited about 45 minutes for our meals to arrive. While our waitress wasn't particularly attentive, she did apologize for the delay in getting our food. The restaurant itself is cute, specially outside seating. One suggestion is that the tables are larger for two people. The table next to us requested another table to be moved over to hold their food and drinks properly. The pita bread didn't arrive until later in the meal, and while it was a nice addition, it didn't make up for the small serving sizes and lack of anything to dip it into at that point. I truly wanted to love this restaurant and leave a glowing review because the food itself was very good. Sadly, between the long wait, service issues, and portion sizes that didn't match the prices, the overall experience fell short of our expectations.
