    Tower 10 Burger Food Truck
    Bob N.

I've seen the Tower 10 Burger truck parked at Common Dialect in Tampa a few times but never stopped until now. I'm glad I finally did, their Facebook ads always make their burgers look amazing, and they definitely deliver in person. The guys in the truck are super friendly, and I really like that they text you when your food's ready so you can chill inside the brewery instead of waiting outside. Nice touch. I went with the fully loaded Tower 10 Double burger, and it came with two thin, perfectly smashed patties that were packing lots of flavor and a great sear. I skipped the fries this time, but the burger itself was plenty satisfying. These guys make the rounds on the brewery circuit on both sides of the bay, so if you spot them, do yourself a favor and grab a burger. I'll definitely be eating there again.

Looking for a smashed smash burger? And yes there's a difference. Tower 10 is your place. Paper thin double, crisp patties smashed in between two buttered buns smothered in cheese, onions and their signature sauce. Don't forget a side fry ordered plain or smothered in their signature sauce. No matter which way you go, all burgers are made fresh to order with a hint of love. And it doesn't go unnoticed. They're a food truck so be sure to follow their social media pages so you know exactly where they'll be parked. I personally enjoy visiting them on Sundays at Stay Golden brewery. You had me at beer and a burger. Service is friendly, fairly quick, and consistently delicious.

HOLY COW! This has to be my favorite burger in all of Tampa! Crispy edges and the burger sauce is to die for. Love their take on in-and-out fries with cheese and grilled onions!

YUM! The smash burger was so crispy and delicious! Great sauce, and I definitely recommend adding the grilled onion! I like grilled onion and thought it enhanced the burger's flavor! This was a pop up outdoor food truck at Common Dialects Beerwork. Very casual vibes! They closed for orders at 7pm on the dot. Nice servers!

Loaded fries and the yummy burger!

The tower 10 burger was at the Golden Isles Brewing Co. I came because my friend wanted me to try it and I have to say it did not disappoint! They are both so sweet and kind even after a long day! The burger was delicious I had it with grilled onions and had the loaded fries which were sooo goood. If you can try the loaded fries they were just perfect. The burger was so tasty! I will definitely go back.

10 outta 10 hands down!!! Burger was perfect, sauce was bomb, fries were good (bit salty but still good!) Since moving back from LA I've been in search of a good smash burger and these guys ware doing the damn thing! Hats off to Patrick and the crew. Highly recommend this spot!

The boys from Cali, Long Beach/San Diego are slaying the competition with these double smash burgers. Quite similar to In 'n Out these feature special sauce , melted cheese and gooey goodness. The main difference is these burgers are slightly more messy (in a good way) but the veggies, while fresh, get a little warm and soggy where an In n out the lettuce and tomato doesn't warm up as fast. Probably difference between a burger and a smash burger. Fries also Stellar although slightly too salty. Get the animal style fries and a burger you will not be sorry. If you are vegan and get a craving this would the place to go! I'll see you soon at Magnanimous!

I've been here a couple of times now, and there's a reason I keep coming back…read more I first tried Shiso Crispy at a Yelp event a couple of years ago, and that was honestly the first time I'd ever heard of them. I couldn't stop thinking about the food afterward, so I immediately made a trip to the restaurant to try more. This time, we went to the location across from Ferg's because it was a little chilly and we wanted to sit inside and eat everything right away. We even drove from Tampa, even though there's a food truck closer, because we really wanted the full sit-down dining experience. We ordered the ahi tuna dirty rice, the bang bang shrimp (a special I saw online), and the pork belly buns. This was my first time trying the shrimp and the buns, and let me tell you... the buns did NOT disappoint. They were so fluffy, cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious. And the bang bang shrimp? I loved it almost more than the ahi tuna. It had the most perfect crisp and crunch. You order outside and everything is made fresh. It didn't take too long at all, and the food came out warm and insanely good. I'm a huge dumpling girl, so I already know I need to go back ASAP to try the truffle gyoza and the wagyu gyoza. The lobster crab rangoons also sounded incredible. If you haven't been yet, this place is 100% worth the hype, and the repeat visits.

The food was overpriced and mediocre at best. The quality didn't come close to justifying the…read moreprices. The only somewhat decent dish was the ahi tuna dirty rice, but the protein-to-rice ratio was questionable, especially when a dirty rice plate already costs $9. The braised beef short rib bao buns ($12 for two) were overly sweet and had a mushy texture. The truffle gyoza (5 pieces) somehow arrived burnt on one side across every piece and were only mildly warm when served. Service was average overall. The indoor seating is nice, and being located in the heart of St. Pete gives the restaurant a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the setting or the prices. I would not come back.

But seeing that it was scorching hot, there still wasn't too much shade to be found. I would suggest this be in the winter when it is cooler. I think it would be perfect in January/ February after all the holidays are over. I would also suggest there be areas for misting tents if it is going to be in the hot months of Florida. That would help people feel more refreshed, and more inclined to keep going through. It's hard for me to have an appetite if I can't refresh somewhere close by. I did get to try the Vietnamese coffee from the Pho truck. I loved it, but it was super small just because it was basically ice. I also has the lobster roll from Surf and Turf. It was okay, but I didn't love that it was mostly kale. My hubby had a burger from one of the trucks and loved it because he felt quite full from the fries and huge burger. I have now had my fair share of food truck fests, and I am glad I have checked this off my list twice. (I was also at the one in the Spring at the Florida State Fairgrounds.) This one definitely seemed to have more offerings. Some of my favorites that I also saw were Mmmbap, Mr. C'S Grilled Cheese, and Leanne's Cheesecakes. They also had bbq, Jamaican food, Filipino food, Portuguese, & German, just to name a few.

Too many choices and you couldn't try everything. Got food from Aloha to Go, Willy T's Crab Shack, and Jamaica Jamaica. And then we were too full to eat anymore lol. Wish there were sampler sized portions and prices available at the trucks so we could have tried more. Everything we had was delicious though! Will definitely have to visit Aloha to Go's restaurant soon. And that Jamaican patty/coconut bread..YUM. I believe they are based out of Orlando though. Event seemed very organized. We were able to get our passes quickly when we arrived (thanks Candy!). There were plenty of garbage bins along the road. Got to say hi to some fellow Yelpers while we were there and stopped by the Yelp tent of course lol. Couldn't stay for any of the performances unfortunately. Heard there will be another one sometime in spring of next year at this same location. Might have to check it out again.

I got the crispy duck wings (and do not know why I didn't take a picture ) but they were very crispy and very good. They came with 2 sauces, which I did not try because they said they were a bit spicy and I don't like spicy, but they were plenty good on their own. I ordered the One Bad Pig with a side of sweet potato fries and of course had to get an extra side of tator tots because I love them. The burger was very good and juice, hard to eat because it's so big, but I managed to do it. The tots were crispy just like I like them and the fries were your typical sweet potato fries but very good. The service was attentive and good and it seemed to be a local crowd and was a nice vibe. It is off the beaten path so not too touristy but the locals know about it so it gets crowded. I highly recommend this place for a burger if you are wanting one!!

Crispy, juicy, tender, saucy deliciousness. If you just want some of the best wings you've ever had then you need to stop by. But, wings is just one of the items that are great. Their burgers are second to none! So many options, with so many toppings. Burgers are HUGE, juicy, well seasoned. Everything from tenders to peanut butter on a burger....you have to try it! Hot dogs are good too, they're fried so you get a nice crisp snap with every bite. Their sides are always delicious and great beer selection. And everything is reasonably priced for being in St Pete. This place is narrow, but long with seating in the back for larger parties, so it can get crowded. Staff is always really nice and ready to give you recommendations. If you're looking for a great night of wings, burgers and beers with your friends then this is your place.
