My wife and I have been to Tower 10 at least 3 times now because they have a consistent rotation at Common Dialect Brewery in Seminole Heights. The first time we were so excited to go and try what looked like they would be out of this world smash burgers... MANNNNNNNNNN they did not disappoint! Hence why we've returned time and time again. The burgers are so perfectly smashed, they're bigger than the bun so you get all that extra crunchy goodness around the edges. The flavor of the sauce is amazing and compliments perfectly. Not only that, but they have great fries! I always get the loaded fries which come with their caramelized onions and cheese sauce. Cue the droolingggg. It's hit or miss if there is going to be a long line but somehow my wife and I have always gotten lucky to get there juuust before everyone else. Service is always very friendly and efficient. As for ambiance, they can't really account for that since they are a food truck but Common Dialect has plenty of seating if you want to stay, have a beer, and eat your food. Grabbed two burgers with fries while tower 10 was set up at Golden Isles Brewery on Masters Sunday. Great crowd and ambiance. Service was quick despite long lines. Very very solid smash burger and def one of the better burgers in Tampa region. The Tower 10 burger (with pickles) was definitely worthy of being a signature item. The specialty pimento burger was not my favorite and was a little heavy on the pimento which took away from the burger. read more

I've seen the Tower 10 Burger truck parked at Common Dialect in Tampa a few times but never stopped until now. I'm glad I finally did, their Facebook ads always make their burgers look amazing, and they definitely deliver in person. The guys in the truck are super friendly, and I really like that they text you when your food's ready so you can chill inside the brewery instead of waiting outside. Nice touch. I went with the fully loaded Tower 10 Double burger, and it came with two thin, perfectly smashed patties that were packing lots of flavor and a great sear. I skipped the fries this time, but the burger itself was plenty satisfying. These guys make the rounds on the brewery circuit on both sides of the bay, so if you spot them, do yourself a favor and grab a burger. I'll definitely be eating there again. read more

I checked this place out a few weeks ago at the golden isles brewery in St. Pete. A solid burger! Reminded me a bit of In n out in California. I would definitely try it again! Picky about customer service as well...there's is wonderful. And I wasn't the only one agreeing with that when I tried the burgers from here.  If you manage to find the Tower 10 food truck then I strongly recommend you try one of their burgers yourself. According to their Instagram they go to breweries in the Tampa and Pinellas areas. I definitely intend on making my way to one of these breweries for another one of these smash burgers and also to try the loaded fries that others said were delicious. The staff were friendly and professional plus the food truck itself looked incredibly clean. It also didn't take long to receive the burgers after ordering  which is likely due to smash burgers cooking faster. This leads me to believe that the guys running it have done their research and clearly know what they're doing.  Seriously, the burgers are tasty. Go get one. read more

The boys from Cali, Long Beach/San Diego are slaying the competition with these double smash burgers. Quite similar to In 'n Out these feature special sauce , melted cheese and gooey goodness. The main difference is these burgers are slightly more messy (in a good way) but the veggies, while fresh, get a little warm and soggy where an In n out the lettuce and tomato doesn't warm up as fast. Probably difference between a burger and a smash burger. Fries also Stellar although slightly too salty. Get the animal style fries and a burger you will not be sorry. Was at a brewery and saw a long line waiting at this truck so I joined in to see what the hype was about. They have a small selection but you can customize the burgers to your liking. My friend and I got the tower 10 burgers and loaded fries. Made to order-you give your # at the register when you order and they text you when it's ready which was cool. It was made relatively quickly and looked like in-and-out honestly. The smash burgers were thin and slightly crispy on the edge with melted cheese and added grilled onions. It was delicious and I devoured it in no time. I also loved the salty thin cut loaded fries which were topped with more grilled onions, cheese and their special homemade sauce. Delicious smash burgers and fries! One of the best experiences I've had with a food truck being gluten free and dairy free. He was very accommodating (too often I get eye rolls like I'm actually choosing to be difficult and don't have a medical need) so I appreciate the kindness shown!
