I got a triple scoop of uptown Oreo for $6.25 and it checked off all the boxes. The portions exceeded my expectations, the pricing was very fair, and most of all the ice cream was pretty good. Now, normally, I'm a chocolate ice cream kind of girl, but this strawberry cheescake was smooth and creamy and just delicious. There are all kinds of flavors, including chocolate to choose as well as quite a few sugar-free selections. Glad Papa Clyde's was on my radar. They had some incredible deals going on for local customers which caught my eye. Although I didnt order while I was in town I kept their information and decided to give them a try once I returned back to DC. I opted for the Party Pack so I could sample 3 different flavors. Im a super picky eater and not too big on desserts but I have a soft spot for caramel and cinnamon. I chose the salted caramel, snickerdoodle and vanilla sprinkle cookies. They arrived all in one piece due to the careful packaging. None of the cookies were damaged or broken. The cookies were amazing! They tasted even better than they looked! You can clearly taste the butter base used in the dough which def makes these cookies rich and stand our from the competitors! The shape and size is perfect for sharing or fulling enjoying by yourself. I ate them too quickly to have to worry abour storing them for freshness but I did decide to share a few with my coworkers and it definitely made their day. Next time I plan to warm them and see how they taste! The cookies themselves are a great value for a truly yummy sweetness. Be prepared to pay for shipping but it is 1000% worth it. The spot kept catching our attention because a line would form constantly and then the workers from Niko's recommended for us to try their donuts. I decided to walk over and grab the Dubai chocolate donuts, as well as a Christmas Cookie Frappe and I could not rave about them more. The donuts were so fresh and delicious, and the coffee was literally incredible. I would drive all the way back there just to get donuts and coffee because they were THAT good. The little food truck is also adorable with seating right next to it that makes you feel like you're sitting in the middle of Greece. I'm so glad I stopped by because I really do think I discovered my new favorite dessert spot in the area!

They were so light and fluffy and melted in your mouth. The portion size was generous and the ladies in the truck were so kind to explain what exactly Greek donuts are and how they are different from regular donuts. I hope to stumble across Meli again!!
