My favorite part about the store is how well it's organized because it made shopping so easy and enjoyable. There's no digging through bins here! Yesterday, Friday November 8, 2024 I sang songs written by author/musician Heather Buchanan and Tracy Kash for Heather's newest novel titled, VICTORS. It is about Black musicians who went to France to help fight in World War I. Ultimately, they were largely responsible for our victory and when they weren't fighting they were playing music, sharing the new jazz sound which influenced not only Europe but the world. My dress, purse, fan, long strand of pearls and headpiece, all purchased from the Peacock Room in the Park Shelton were a smash hit! I explained to them how I didn't notice until now that stone is missing only because a photoshoot day I was doing with it and took it out the package and was taking a close up and realized, they accused me of lying and saying well why didn't you realize it first time when you got it I told them well obviously you didn't either because yall helped me they told me to my face no we would've noticed. They ignored me whole time while I was there literally and helping others. I even gave them what they asked for a picture with date stamp that date and a close up of the picture where it shows it's missing. They still was being rude, the lady grabbed the crown and receipt and took off I asked the other person what is she doing? He rudely said, looking for another one I said at this point, I do not want your service please refund me my money and then she toss the crown and refused to help me at all. When I said OK so you won't give me my money back then I guess I have no choice but to do an exchange and she told me no she's not doing that either now all because I told her I'm not doing service with you guys and want money back. Mind you they was talking in Spanish about me to one another and laughing The moment I got in and explain the situation.
