I came here for a lash lift after seeing their Instagram. I waited the 24 hours and washing my face my lashes instantly curled up after a couple minutes and have stayed that way. My lashes are tiny and all curled up and it's so horrible. I contacted the company to let them know and get a refund they sent me a laughing emoji and refused to give a full refund. Everything went fine with both services however after driving back an hour to get back home I took a closer look and noticed burns mostly all around my neck and tiny bits around my stomach, upper arms, and face.
