I used to live down the block from here and this was my place for Brazilians. Krystal is my usual go-to girl, but I've gotten services done by other girls, and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone that works there is super friendly and kind and the prices are unbeatable. They never make you feel awkward and they are so professional and great at what they do. I've since moved to Hawaii, but always stop by whenever I'm on the mainland. Appointments are recommended, but they do take walk-ins. read more

i got waxed here a week ago but let me just say. this place is amazing!! i went here on tuesday to book a appointment and got help from emma. she was so nice with booking & waxing too. it was easy to communicate through text just let them know which days and time you are available and theyll happily have availability. (they do underarms for free with any service how cool is that?!) i got waxed by emma and she made this smoothly and comfortable. first she did my underarms. i was hesitant at first for my underarms because i shaved a week prior but she told me it was good to wax. this was also my first time ever getting wax but it went well. of course there was some pain but it depends on your pain tolerance. for my brazilian I was nervous the whole time but emma made the service so comfortable. it was like talking to a friend so it was comfortable. to me, the only painful part were the lip areas around down there due to obviously hair being ripped apart and the wax being hot not too hot. if you are going to get your first brazilian (or gen) make sure you exfoliate 2 days prior your appointment and drinks lots and lots of water before and after so the healing process is easy. for me, i took a pain medication an hour before my appointment due to my low pain tolerance. read more

This place is cheap for Brazilian, but to be honest you get what you pay for. I was told that you get your under arms waxed for free if you do a Brazilian. I came in to my appointment and I did not receive it. The environment did not feel sanitary as she was doing the service. I was uncomfortable the whole time during my service and not to mention I'm also pregnant. My legs were tired because she told me to keep them up as she kept waxing the same spot which made my skin more irritated. The day before my appointment, I asked how much is the eyebrow waxing. The respond was "I do everything waxing and threading." That did not answer my question. So when I came to my appointment waxing for my eyebrows was $20 which was already over my budget. Just had my most recent visit last weekend and can't wait for my next appointment in a month and a half. Parking is usually pretty easy to find in front. Ive had brazilian waxing a couple times here and overall experience was not bad. i always got some red bumps and ingrown hairs even tho I exfoliated but they were not major problems so I went back because of good price. This time I had to get my back waxed because I was a maid of honor for my friends wedding last week and my wedding is this week. I told Emma it was my first time getting back waxing and she only said some redness for a couple days is normal. No other warning. However my back was severely irritated and started to get red bumps on my entire back on the next day. Emma told me to not put any lotion for a couple days because the pores are wide open so I didnt put anything. On the fourth day I could see that it was getting worse so i took pictures of my back and sent it to nena if it was normal. She just told me to put some cortisone cream. I started putting hydrocortisone cream every night and it's been a week but its still terribly irritated. Im just glad its not getting worse than this. I looked up Google and it said it could happen to some people after the first back waxing especially to people on certain medications but im not on any medication. I hope it will go away in a couple weeks but I can't believe there was no warning before I got it done. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. If you are looking for a cheap place to get waxing done this place is not bad but you need to risk your own consequences because they won't care what happens to you after. Reply to Nena: Just because past couple experiences were not bad (they weren't great but I didnt complain much because the price was cheap) it doesnt justify the bad experience ive had this time.
