Unfortunately, I don't think it's worth it. Booking: I booked on their website. I changed the date of my appointment too and everything was seamless. Just know that you'll have to pay a $50 deposit that goes toward your service later on. Experience: The brazilian lymphatic massage or the "Detox by Rebecca" method is a 60 minute push/pull massage where they are pushing/pulling the toxins toward the lymph nodes in your body. The masseuse (mine was Jessica) will use both her hands and a suction tool to do so. It also includes a 10 minute cupping session within the 60 minutes - the bruises last about 5-7 days. Afterwards, you can use their infrared sauna machine for 20 minutes. When you're in the sauna room, you're alone. For the massage, they won't get any knots out for you (it's not that kind of massage). They do provide single wear underwear. You can choose to do the massage naked or with underwear or with all undergarments. Result: I took a before photo but didn't even bother taking an after photo because right after my treatment, I looked exactly the same. Just sweatier. I didn't feel particularly lighter nor did I spend the next few hours running to the bathroom nor did I wake up with 6 pack abs the next day. One week later: I notice no difference, I didn't lose any weight, my acne didn't clear up, I'm not getting any noticeably better sleep or workouts. My mood is generally about the same. I do think though our bodies naturally will detox toxins without massage and if you're not going through a significant traumatic physical experience like childbirth or surgery, a brazilian lymphatic massage is kind of unnecessary. Parking: They validate parking in the parking structure. I ended up with a nail in my tire after my appointment and I'm not sure if I snagged it in this parking lot or elsewhere but that wasn't great. Facilities: They provide water which is nice. They also provide cold towels and a bathrobe for you to wear (but you have to return it all). The office space looks like a medical building - it's not particularly fancy or pretty. The restroom is outside of their unit (but still within the building) and the front desk lady will help you unlock it if you need to go. Service: All the girls were very nice - the front desk girl was nice and my masseuse Jessica was also nice. No one was particularly chatty, everyone was just courteous. They have baskets for you to put your bags, clothes, and shoes and they help you carry it to the sauna room. Cost / value: In total, I paid just over $400 for my massage + tip. I must say, I really didn't think it's worth it especially since there were no immediate or long term results for me. I didn't feel particularly pampered nor relaxed afterwards. I paid a lot more than I normally do for a massage and drove a lot further than I normally would and I just can't justify doing it again. I think the services are so expensive because of their Beverly Hills location - but it truly doesn't really show in the actual experience.

I assumed it was just a receptionist but it turned out to be Reyna. I booked a 60 minute Swedish massage and a clarifying facial. My facial with Miri wasn't at all like I expected it to be. I have some pretty dark scarring from the extractions and I'm worried it'll lead to bad hyperpigmentation. She also kept trying to upsell (I did end up doing the microdermabrasion for + $20) but I was uncomfortable with the 3+ times she suggested to bring me back in for some facial waxing. I know I have peach fuzz, but I don't really mind it. I don't think women should have to be so self conscious about it. I didn't realize that the cold voice on the other end of the phone would be my masseuse, Reyna. It was extremely difficult to relax due to the setup of the place, the reception and lobby area were right next to the room and all I could hear were really loud conversations. The ambient nature noises in the massage room did not help. It was actually pretty upsetting that what was meant to be a nice and serene escape from life was... just... not. I told her I've been having extremely tense shoulder and neck pain and did circle those on the chart. My favorite place to go to for massages is G-Medical Massage Spa in Long Beach, but I couldn't make the drive out this week. So, I have a comparison to work off of in terms of the quality of body work and actually feeling some relief post-visit. My shoulders were still tense since she didn't really use enough pressure nor did it feel like she was tuned into my body the way that I've had other masseuses tap in. Considering her coldness towards me from the jump (aside from the lukewarm forced smile before showing me the massage room), I didn't feel comfortable speaking up about any adjustments I wanted. Would you? Also would have expected a comfier lobby. It was hot, not aesthetically pleasing, and it would've been nice if they had cold water. They had some room temp bottled water... but something as simple as a dispenser of cold cucumber water makes a huge difference. 3/5, did not live up to expectations. Regret spending my money here. It was meant to be a special post-grad treat to myself but I feel like I didn't get the pampering I expected for the price point.
