The first time I went in, the practitioner left me by myself and the equipment wasn't properly placed as I was sitting upright and I had to physically adjust the hot plates because they kept slipping down . Two weeks later I requested to try again because the $300 did absolute nothing! I went in for a second time and I ended up gaining two inches to my waistline .. not only did I get bigger but my menstrual cycle got messed up and I was bloated for a week after my treatment.. I woke up this morning - two days after my session- and my waist looks and feels like it's still shrinking! My husband even mentioned that he can see the difference. I went in today for my first body sculpting. I didn't know what to expect. I wanted my tummy and chin to be worked on. There was a machine with paddles that get placed in the areas you want. I didn't feel a thing. I was wondering if it would work. It's a lymph drainage system. The paddles were left on for 30 mins. Nida took before and after pictures. I could totally see the difference in my stomach. I was told I would see more results in about 7 days. I'm excited to see more. I would definitely try it again. First time ever to go through this. I got out of the session 3hrs ago as I write this. I am not overweight and she clearly said you don't need to be to benefit from the services. I did ilipo and cavitation combo on waist and inner thighs. It took about 2hours for both areas. The whole thing is literally painless. You may feel some warmth during the ilipo and some tingling during the cavitation but nothing painful and to be honest if I wasn't feeling anything at all I would be worried lol. Off the bat after the cavitation (the last technology) she was lightly pressuring the area during her technique and each time I could clearly feel how tighter my waist and thighs were getting. After the procedures, I went home and on my way to the garage I noticed that my inner thighs are not touching anymore. It was such a foreign feeling to me that I had to text her to let her know lol. I have a gap. Though small, it is there. I've worked so much to get rid of my inner thighs and this did it in one session. I have another session with her this week and I think I'll be good to go. I am pretty active and workout 3-5days a week for 1hr mostly stretching so I know the results are going to be even more pronounced next week (I did schedule a lymphatic massage in a spa so I know I'll be set) Thank you so much. I probably didn't need to do this as I'm pretty small already, but I had this little pudgy area in my upper abdomen area that wouldn't go away.
