From the start, D'onna was super helpful with scheduling, Oren was great with working out a finance plan, Sivan gives AMAZING facials, Danielle the MA made sure I was super comfortable during my visit, and Nataly is just incredible. You instantly feel like family. As for the aesthetic work. There is no one like Nataly. Most places will just spot treat a given area. I went in for a consult for facial balancing and lip filler. Was given a very high price quote. When asking for the breakdown, Nataly quickly said areas she would work on in a very general overview. As a client I didn't understand where exactly with the general way she was saying lift this are, round this, etc etc. I told them I couldn't afford the quote and they asked me to apply for 2 separate loan applications. Which I did on the spot because they asked me to. Even after saying I couldn't afford to add anymore payments and loans to my monthly expenses. I insisted on doing areas one at a time and scheduled my first appt with a deposit left. A few days later I called to ask and go over what my treatment plan was (exact areas that would be treated ), in what way, with what filler types and what the maintenance would cost me and how often moving forward. She (Nataly) kept saying she was trustworthy and transparent but didn't answer my questions and rushed me off the phone and told me to call back next day. To be fair- On that call she did mention again very minimally some things but only because I continued to ask and explained it wasn't that I didn't trust her, but that wanted to keep track of what was being done to my face/ have a map of treated areas and know all of this to ensure I could maintenance the work I was going to pay a lot to have done. - she continued to push for me to trust her without having answered any of my questions . The next day I receive a text that they t ' canceled my appointment and they would not treat me, stating that I seemed uncertain. They did not offer to refund my deposit so I had to text back to ask them to do so. Really weird. I was excited to be treated here. All I wanted to know was what was being done to my face and how frequently maintenance would be with costs look moving forward. It So weird :/ read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw Nataly because she was referred to me from a friend. Came in to get my under eyes dissolved to get them re-filled. Her assistant (I believe her name is Danielle) who was in training had gave Nataly the incorrect syringe to inject my under eye. Nataly said it was Epinephrine and not the dissolvent. She told her assistant she "needed to label the syringes" because she injected me with the wrong product. I left the office with my under eye WHITE, numb and swollen and still was charged for 1 of the 2 syringes used. Fast forward, I come back which I should've listened to my instincts to NOT come back but again heard Nataly was good and it technically was the assistants fault. Came back today and AGAIN, an issue with her assistant. I was about 16mins late which I communicated. Sat in the chair and the assistant said "Nataly hates when people are late" so I replied "well I hate being injected with incorrect things". Nataly came in and was combative with me about the overall situation instead of sympathizing and continued to minimize the entire situation. Mind you, I had to go to Urgent Care because of all of this. Ultimately, I left because I could not fathom spending my money here after this entire nightmare. Will be seeking legal advice. read more

If you go here be ready to be a SHEEP. They don't want you asking any questions or having ANY opinions. They dont want you to have any preferences or ideas. You go in with your head down and bow down to Nataly and they will do what THEY want because they are self reportedly "the best" and will get annoyed with you if you have questions or preferences. They were so rude to me and wouldn't explain anything to me. They asked me to leave their office after I asked to take 5 minutes to think about paying $2500 just to dissolve. Highly don't recommend. (hope that is her name) i came in a while back wanting to get a chemical peel for the first time. i struggled with bad acne and did a lot of research on what would help with scarring and acne. I saw chemical peels are a great way to help and found this hidden gem with great reviews. i booked a consultation and felt comfortable from the very beginning and decided to go through with the peel. I came to iglow for emsculpting. My goal was to get an ab crack and definition that I simply wasn't achieving through my pitiful home workouts. Not being able to go to the gym wasn't going to stop me from having the abs of my dreams. From everything I've read about emsculpting i was expecting it to be a bit uncomfortable and have gradual results. I arrived for my first treatment and the staff was such a vibe! Everyone was really cool and made me feel very comfortable. As they begin setting up the treatment I realized they weren't messing around! This was not going to be be as easy as I had anticipated. They attached the flat metal emsculpting machine to my abs and fastened it to me.. oh sh*t this is real! I begin panicking (I have a very low pain tolerance) and I wasn't emotionally prepared for what followed. Nurse Nataly counted down "3.. 2.. 1" ZAAAPPPP, I immediately screamed in the most dramatic way possible. I was not expecting it to feel like much but I felt everything. It was hard for us not to laugh at how dramatic I was. The first few minutes I didn't think I could do it. It felt like I was doing a million sit ups and my body was over it. But the emsculpting keeps on zapping. 30 minutes felt like way too much time to lay there but I somehow made it through. By the end of the treatment I was somewhat used to it but definitely happy it was done. I got a package of 5 treatments and I was nervous I wouldn't be able to do it.. but once I started seeing results all my suffering was worth it! It only took a couple treatments before people started noticing the my abs. I mean my entire waist was shrinking! All my outfits incorporated crop tops. My abs were insane my tummy was flatter and more toned than it's ever been. Each time I went in I let out a little yelp for the first few shocks and insisted someone hold my hand and then I mellowed out. All my workouts became easier my ab crack (and dare I say 6 pack) really started showing around the 4th treatment. I begin looking forward to my visits (or electrocutions and I called it) and even rewarded myself with a little avocado rice bowl at the restaurant across the street after each session. The location is the best, parking is never an issue, and the staff is very professional and relatable. They babied me when I needed it and laughed with me. Nataly is detailed and thorough, making sure to leave no nook or cranny untouched by her cooling laser I've completed 4 of the 6 sessions I purchased and have already seen a dramatic reduction in hair growth in the treated areas. In addition to being a skilled technician, Nataly is a warm, funny, caring person whom I've enjoyed getting to know over my treatment sessions. This is obviously a rather personal service, but Nataly makes you feel comfortable, putting you at ease and distracting you with great conversation throughout the process. I also love that this is a family business; her husband, Oren, and daughters are often present at the front desk and are a joy to work with as well. Incredible service from start to finish! With all the parties coming up for the holidays, I was looking to get a facial to revive and brighten my skin. I was having issues with mild breakouts and bags under my eyes due to a hormones and stress. I have had facials before in spas but I was looking for something a bit more medical. After some research, I decided to schedule an appointment iGlow Med Spa in Beverly Hills. Located on the second floor of a medical building, I was pleased to find the office to be cozy and immaculately clean. Renata is MY GIRL. I highly recommend requesting her for a facial. She meticulously unclogged all my pores and restored my skin's youthful glow. She also took the time to educate me on products to enhance my skin and tips to stay healthy. SUNSCREEN people. Never leave the house without sunscreen. They also offer other services like botox, laser hair removal, chemical peels and a variety of other noninvasive skin treatments. I had a chance to consult Nataly, one of the nurses, who also gave me some solid advice to take care of my skin. She was very honest and didn't try to push any services I didn't need. I was recently looking to get a facial, my face was looking a bit dull with a few blemishes. iGlow Med Spa came highly recommended. I took the elevator up to the second floor. Upon entering the office it looked very familiar...so familar that I could swear I was in my living room, see side by side comparison! lol Although I was about 5 min. late due to L.A. traffic I was not reminded but instead offered a coffee or water by one of the owners Oren who was very friendly and personable. I quickly filled out the required paperwork and was greeted by Nataly's friendly smiling face. She escorted me to a back room with lovely music playing in the back ground, she instructed me to change my top and slip on the robe. Nataly was excellent at explaining the process and more than accommodating with answering all of my questions. The services that I received were Microdermabrasion, extended extractions, a tailored mask for my oily skin, oxygen, vitamin C, removal of my black heads (yuck) and sunscreen as the last addition. After my treatment my face felt so smooth, happy, and full of life again. I also had a consultation with Renata who explained their Vampire Facial for my next visit. A few days after my facial my skin is still glowing. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart iGlow, this is by far one of the best facials that I have ever had! Reviews about food and travel are great, but one thing is for sure everything you eat and everything you do affects your skin in one way or another. It's always a treat to take some time to take care of YOU, so you can relax and feel your best - I can't think of a better time to do so than right around the holiday season when all of us can be a little off of our normal routine. My appointment with Renata far exceeded any expectation I could have had for a facial. I'm a wash my face in the morning, throw some moisturizer on and go kind of gal - if I'm in the sun, I'll toss on some sunscreen. I apply a few face masks at home during the week and that is usually the extent of it. From the moment I walked through the door, the service at iGlow was top notch! I undressed and made my way into a warm cozy bed and my service began (cleaning, extractions, 20 min infrared, oxygen facial and facial massage). Can I just say, I felt like I was being prepped to land on the moon! I really wanted to ask Renata to take a picture of some of this facial but I didn't want to be "that girl", you know the one who needs a picture of everything. So go enjoy it and be amazed for yourself!! ;) This was as much pampering as I've had in as long as I can remember. My skin is also typically very sensitive. I never use products I haven't used before. I won't "test" apply anything to my skin so for me to trust iGlow for a facial was B I G! I can't say enough about the experience. You absolutely will not be disappointed! My skin feels clean, fresh, hydrated and rejuvenated. Renatas conversation was also so delightful! If you know me at all, you know I despise small talk with strangers - it's just not my style but I hit it off with her right off the bat and felt so comfortable in her presence. I notice that sometimes when visiting a certain establishment for any type of service they will try to push that business on you for every single imaginable thing, the fact that we could chat about other experiences (spas, etc.) really shows the true character of the staff at iGlow, which I appreciate so much. The team at iGlow aren't only easy on the eyes and really the kindest folks but all around superb! Oren, Nurse Nataly, even the cutest furriest little mascot Toby will melt you heart. So I may just switch, depending on their price per unit! I'm a skinny woman with some belly fat . I went to this place for EON to have flat abdomen ! They told me you are going to have flat abdomen in 4-6 weeks. In 2-3 weeks my belly got bigger ! They told me it's normal ... you need to have another session... spent another amount of large money for the second session and waited patiently for few months.. zero results! My belly got even bigger . I messaged them , with almost no response. I talked to one of the managers for the first time after I started.( I never called to complain or anything). after a short conversation I explained to him very friendly that I look worse since the treatments started. he got upset and told me "you are just an unhappy customer and there is nothing I can do about this ! I am beyond happy with my results from Nurse Nataly. I have had lip fillers three times prior to coming to iGlow Med Spa and nobody has been able to give me the results that Nurse Nataly did. She literally sculpted my lips so beautifully! Her attention to detail is amazing. I really appreciated the fact that she has someone else in the room for a second opinion while she is injecting, that way she can see how my lip is taking to the filler from all angles. The constant reassurance between her and the other Nurse (I believe her name was Reneta) helped me feel totally comfortable and they gained my trust very quickly when I heard them disagreeing and agreeing at the same thing. I didn't even go for a facial but for some reason I had a terrible break out that day that I was so aggravated with, they heard me talking about it and went out of their way to put some kind of product on my face to help my breakout go away! I visited Nurse Nataly at iGlow Med Spa a little over a month now. The atmosphere of their office is everything I could've wanted. It's very clean and all the staff are following COVID protocols. This was important to me since I am very covid conscious and they go above and beyond to make you feel safe. Let me start by saying I LOVE nurse Nataly! What an amazing and talented woman! She has the touch of an angel. I went to her to dissolve and redo my whole face since I was over filed. She re did my whole face very naturally almost as if I don't have anything in there but I do. Also usually I get bruised and bumpy but I did not have ONE bruise anywhere throughout the whole process. I had been looking forward to my facial appointment for months and was thrilled last week when the day finally arrived! Upon entering the office, I found the seating area to be calm, cheery, and clean! Oren and another woman promptly greeted me, and shortly thereafter, Renata lead me to my room, which was warm and cozy. After I put on the provided robe wrap, I snuggled under the blanket on the massage-like table that was set up, and Renata came back in to work her magic. Her hands were strong yet gentle, and she gave my skin a dose of freshness, with a mixture of steam, creams, and a 20-minute face mask. She was very professional and kind and worked efficiently to give me excellent service. My only suggestion would be that they have a more peaceful playlist on in the room, as a Maroon 5 album was playing the whole time, which made it somewhat difficult to fully relax. Something more along the lines of ocean waves or Enya would be much nicer, in my opinion. Overall, I would definitely return! I went to this place not even a year ago year ago for laser hair removal. I wanted a single session but Nurse Nataly manipulated me into buying an entire package. I spent just about $4500... Later that month I was in a terrible car accident that left me in the hospital for the past eight months. I had to move back to New York to get proper treatment for my accident. I called Nurse Nataly hoping for some sort of partial (or hopefully total) refund. They said no. Not only did they say they wouldn't be able to refund any part of the payment they said I wouldn't be able to continue my treatment elsewhere because of the length of time that has passed, when not even a full year has passed. I used one single session out of the total package that I bought... I ended up being coerced into a financial situation that I did not want to be coerced into. I can't even re-gift it because "too much time has passed". iGlow med spa is a money hungry scam artist, led by Nurse Nataly and her con-artist husband, whom don't give a crap about their patients...and I must admit it's really messed up. As a male, I've never received a message spa, so I didn't know what to expect coming in, but after receiving the full treatment, my face felt soft as a baby. And it didn't hurt. Different types of services for different types of treatment. My treatment consisted of heated steam against my pores, cleansing of my pores, face mask; cleansing of my pores, moisturizers against my pores; aloe against my pores. Came here to try their facial, the spa was cozy, and everyone was friendly, it was a great experience. Renata was the one who helped me, she was very friendly, we chatted and laughed, which helped the uncomfortable cleaning process go by quickly, yet my face was well cleaned. After the cleaning process she gave me a special light treatment for about 20-30 minutes, followed by a mask about 15-20 minutes, and a layer of sleep-on mask that didn't require to be washed off that night. She even gave me a sunblock, which most places wouldn't care to give to their clients. The whole facial was very relaxing, Renata took her time to help me, unlike a lot of other places where I felt rushed. I left IGlow Med Spa with a big smile on my face, my time was well spent. I am obsessed with nurse Nataly and the entire iGlow Med Spa staff. For 1) She is a sweetheart and seriously wants you to love your results. 2) I have gone to other great doctors in Beverly Hills who preach "you can't strive for symmetry" and nurse Nataly is amazing at MAKING EVERYTHING AS SYMMETRIC as possible (she has an amazing eye and knows when one side of your face doesn't match another & how to even it out). Recently went to the iGlow Med Spa and got a mini oxygen facial. I would highly recommend this spot to people looking for glowing perfect skin. The oxygen facial is actually pretty similar to a regular facial but the difference is the oxygen step towards the end of the facial where you get oxygen put on your face for about 15 minutes. The glow lasts about 2-3 days. I am very pleased! My facialist was super sweet, I also met the owner upon leaving. Metered street parking is available outside the building. They are upstairs. My meter ran out just as we were finishing my facial and they put 50 cents in my meter. That was super kind of them. This spa does all kinds of beauty treatments. I recently came in for an oxygen facial. Oren worked with me to schedule an appointment around my schedule. He was very accommodating, as I have a super busy schedule. Upon entering I was greeted by Nataly, Oren, and Renata. All three were very nice and welcoming. The office itself is modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Renata gave me my facial. She was nice, gentle, and informative. She described the benefits of everything she did, which I liked. I have a lot of blackheads on my nose, and I came out with the smoothest nose!! Besides the extractions, she did some light therapy and applied a whole host of masks and creams. Moreover, Renata gave a fantastic upper body and face massage. I was so relaxed by the end of it. I liked how Nataly, Oren, and Renata were all very friendly personable. They made me feel comfortable, and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
