I first came to Coco after the most stressful year of my life. I had been working long hours in a demanding role that left me burned out and physically drained. I used to be in great shape. But in that year, between work and having contracted Covid related bronchitis, keeping up on my physique just got away from me. One day I looked in the mirror and didn't like the way my clothing sat on me anymore. My legs and waist had become engorged and lost their definition, and the texture of my skin was no longer smooth. Cellulite had begun to form. I came to Coco for a physical reboot. We've been working together doing ultrasound cavitation, cellulite blasting, and Endermologie. We've also been using Emsculpt to help jump start my booty back to its original glory. It's been so much easier slowly getting back into exercise and working on definition now that the texture of my skin has improved. I feel less hard on myself. Coco is by far, one of the most caring estheticians I have come across. She truly cares about what is best for your skin and doesn't upsell products she does not think you need. I came in for a hydrafacial, but with the condition of my skin, she recommended a microdermabrasion with crystals. (My skin: I had dry flakey skin on my forehead from Retin-a usage. So it was super sensitive and dry) I also have closed comedones, aka whiteheads. She did give a disclaimer not to be alarmed after the microdermabrasion because they will come up to the surface. The crystal microdermabrasion was a bit painful but that was because I had sensitive thin skin from the Retin-a. I would def come back for this treatment. They have valet for 2 bucks behind the building. It's super easy and way cheaper than a parking citation if you forget to feed your meter and time runs out. If you ask, they will even negotiate the regular-priced facial. - clean facilities and centrally-located (in BH close to the Bentley dealership) - very friendly service and good facial Cons: - was a little hard to find and parking wasn't that easy on a Saturday am. - facilities weren't as cushy as I imagined but that keeps their prices reasonable Verdict: If i could get the facial at the $75 my facialist promised, I would come here again. I came in on a special of 5 sessions. I done 2 session each week. After the 5th endermologie treatment I noticed the swelling or water retention around my ankles was gone. Best kept secert in LA! Came here with a Groupon for a hydrafacial and it was hands down, THE BEST facial I have ever had! Blackheads were my biggest concern and I literally left this facial with them more than 90% clear. Today is day 2 and my skin is glowing already. This was the first time I had this type of facial and with a solid skin care routine including Retinol-A, I had some concerns. Yesterday, I called and left a voicemail to confirm the appointment, but no one called me back. So, I decided to drive 45 min to this place, only to be told the appointment was never made! I bought a Groupon for a Vacudermie and lift. I wasn't too sure what to expect but was excited about it. I had never had anything done to my face. Coco was my esthetician. She is a special person. She was so caring and informative. Her welcoming spirit and sweet tone of voice make you feel so comfortable. She knows how to respond to the type of day you are having. The days i come in being so talkative she talks right back. Once day i was so tired that I wasn't talking much and she just let me enjoy the quiet. She probably heard me snore as I think i fell asleep while she was working on my face. She really cared about my skin and what was best for it. Having a groupon I had heard all the horror stories about how business are mean and up sell you things. I have to say that Coco was a delight. She never tried to up sell me any procedures and provides a pleasant environment to enjoy some time to yourself. The location itself is very nice. It always smells great when you walk in. I bought the package for the microcurrent after my Groupon and have to say i love it. It's not that painful but the results are definitely worth it. You can see an instant lift on your face and neck. Parking is not the best but they do have valet in the back. Which i will probably try next time. Most of the time i find parking on the street and just pay the meter for $2 for 2 hours which is more than enough time. I definitely recommend this place for your facial needs. I got a hydra facial on my back with an added treatment. And Coco the esthetician was doing her best to give me to the results I was asking for. She was sweet and very knowledgeable about the products and what they do and she was fun. However, the treatment ended up being a little too aggressive for a certain area on my back and I got a slight chemical burn on a part of my back, but the rest of glowing like I wanted it to be. She is highly skilled and totally into what she does. Insists on using only the BEST quality products. Does a comprehensive facial, including micro-dermabrasion and extractions. I think the price is moderate for the service she offers and time she takes in non-rushed privacy. Rooms are serene and relaxing. She caters to your individual facial needs as well. Only four stars because you need feed the meter, which I have no problem doing.
