Usually, I have a wonderful experience, however, today was not one of those days. I grew my eyebrows out to better my shape. went in and asked the lady there today that I needed them cleaned up. she plucked too much off my left eyebrow and I calmly told her about the mistake. She nodded her head and said "yes mhmm okay" and then continue to charge me FULL price. I am so embarrassed to walk around with my eyebrows looking the way they do and coming out of a place I actually never have had bad experiences with. very disappointed. And now I have to regrow my eyebrows. Mind you I have a wedding next week to attend, and that was the point of growing them out and reshaping them to begin with. read more

Always a pleasure coming here to get my eyebrows done. As you enter on the left-hand side, sign your name in and what service you'd like to get done. Usually there's quite a short wait and the woman helping has always been so friendly. everything is always quite clean also. So went to this location simply because it was close to the dollar tree and hobby lobby. But I was super suprized by the quick service. The great quality of service the friendliness of the staff! It was worth every penny. It was not expensive either to do an entire face threading. She even did my eye brows shaping and i am not disappointed. Another sleeper Temecula. Everyone needs to check this place out. It's clean and nice. And just worth it! For real try it read more

This place has been open for a few months now, and I happened to stumble upon it one day when I was at the Girls Day Out Market around the corner. The employees are very friendly and their prices are lower than or about the same as other brow threading places. They get me in and out in no time. The first time I came to this location was in January and a young associate was there with her daughter sitting in the chair at the front desk and I was truly so impressed by my threading by her and have been looking forward to returning to her however this is not something I regularly do but is more a treat when I can factor it into my budget for a special occasion. Today I went in for a full face threading and the lady was very nice but I could feel her rushing and I was worried. Unfortunately once I got home I realized so many spots like my chin and upper Lip and cheeks were left with fuzz and I am so sad and disappointed. I am hoping that someone might be able to share the name of the younger associate so that I can request for her and make an appt should I return. read more

I used to go the Rosemead location, so I decided to try the one here in Temecula! When I went there was only one threader so i didn't have to wait a few minutes. The studio was really clean and she definitely took her time to clean and trim my brows up! I was really happy about how it came out and i'm definitely going back! read more

My wax lady is in OC and I haven't had time to drive up and my browser and upper lip were in extra need of attention so I Yelped and found this local salon. Honestly, it has been ages since my last threading as I've prefer waxing but there I went yesterday and handled my biz. I didn't have an appointment, I walked after a day's work on a Friday late afternoon and it was miraculously empty! The lady possibly the owner was friendly and got me seated immediately. Got both my brows and upper lip threaded and gosh, I forgot the tingling feeling and I was tearing up (beauty hurts). But the end result was awesome and I would definitely return! She even gave me a stamp card so my 9th visit I get a free brow threading! So happy with the results and I think I may have just found me a new brow lady. Sorry no pics but she's in the Hobby Lobby shopping center next to Dollar Tree in Temecula. read more

Eyebrows are $8. Everything is going up in prices, so I think the price here is reasonable. They charge $1 fee if you pay with credit card. Good: Nice shape to my brows. Happy with that. The lady was nice and friendly. Bad: Lady doesn't wear a mask and she probably doesn't care if you don't either. She's in close proximity to your face, so this is definitely something I think she should do. Wear a mask! Also, she cut me a few times and caused bumps around one of my brows, which stings a bit. Never had this happen before. She wasn't busy nor in a hurry, so not sure what happened there. I probably will keep shopping around for another brow place. read more

This very first time i went here i liked it . It wasn't to bad the second time i didn't get the same experience first i went into get eyebrows and tinting i noticed she was a little rushed due to a lot of people coming in and saying they were going to leave for the wait so she tried to be as fast she could . I am light skin and she tinted my eyebrows with the darkest shade ? Why ?? I have no idea they look absolutely horrible . Beyond horrible I'm embarrassed i cant believe i even payed . read more

She had me pick an essential oil that she was going to use during the treatment. That was a fun little addition as I'm a big fan of essential oils, aromatherapy, and holistic skincare products. So before the treatment even started, I knew my skin would be in good hands I'm very familiar with facial massages and I think they're very beneficial for circulation, improving lymphatic flow, relieving muscle tension etc. It's one of my favorite parts of a facial. However, I've never had a buccal massage...where you open your mouth wide and they massage inside! This really relaxes and sculpts your jaw line, inside of cheeks, lips. etc. It might sound a little weird, but trust me...it felt AH-MAZING! I'm in sales...and I have to talk A LOT for my job. I didn't realize how tense my facial muscles were until they were in such a relaxed state. The whole experience was such a treat...from the multiple massages (including a foot massage...yes please!) to the high-end holistic/all natural skincare products used at Apotheke. After the treatment, Erica took a before/after photo to show me the results and I was shocked! I knew I felt incredible, but I wasn't prepared to see how dramatic the results were after just one facial.
