I've been going to Mesa Vape for a while now, and out of the dozens of times I've been here, not once have I had a negative--or even just "okay"--experience. The owner and everyone on his staff are extremely friendly, professional, personable, and very helpful. Every person I've interacted with has seemed genuinely amp'd to be there--which is pretty wild, because there's usually at least one disgruntled employee at every workplace--but apparently, everyone who works here never has a bad day. My consistently positive experiences have gotten me to the point where, even if I moved, I'd still drive out of my way to support their business. If you're the owner and are reading this: first off, you're amazing, and I always appreciate your help. Second, whatever resource or process you're using to hire--don't stop (and please share) because you truly have the best staff ever. read more

Service was good and the guy at the counter was nice however they sell fake zyns here. BUYER BEWARE. Complete counterfeits of the real thing. I compared my tins when I got home and noticed the smell was off and even the packaging / labels were off. Do your research before or after buying here. Unsure if they even know it but after looking at some of the negative reviews, looks like they are well aware. I guess "new feel" means fake nowadays. read more

Their products are faulty _ at least the ones that I got. last month I bought a Vaporesso vape from here, it had 2 pods with it, both leaked from the bottom and juice would to mouth with inhaling. 1st pod leaked on my way to home, I had to come back to the store, dude was nice about it and replaced it, the replacement pod leaked too, I tried the 2nd pod and that leaked as well. 3 faulty pods in one day. This is the best vape shop hands down that I've ever visited. Every time I walk into the store the employees make me feel so welcome and they're so inviting and personable. The owner is AMAZING as well as every staff member I've encountered.
