He showed me one vehicle and then picked out two more possibilities. I drove each one home overnight (I live forty miles away) and took them to my mechanic to be checked. I picked the very first one he chose. He walked me through the paperwork that the salvage yard needed and expedited obtaining a duplicate title....two business days. I couldn't find the original....the vehicle was seventeen years old. Had I done that myself it would have taken about two weeks. The insurance company was slow in cutting and mailing their check.They were quick to terminate my rental vehicle (as soon as they decided it was totaled they gave me only seven days more). Justin put me in my new ride the day the rental was done. The new vehicle is perfect for my needs. Justin is reliable, helpful, and forthright. He listened to what I asked for and acted accordingly.
