    On February 6th 2021 after many text and conversations with Mark My wife and I decided to take the…read more6hr flight from North Hollywood California to Billings Montana feeling some what nervous But determined to come back with my 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat Sport Edition, buying online can be somewhat nerve wrecking specially on BIG BIG purchases but I have to say Mark made me feel like family he was Not pushy, he was polite, caring and most importantly HONEST, he made the deal go smooth and fast, my wife and I where literally in and out within one hour or so, Mark and Melissa had everything ready for as soon as we walked in the door Melissa greeted my wife and I she said " we've been waiting for you guys come on in " then she asked about our flight and seemed very happy to have us there, Mark then took us outside to show us the truck although due to the snow storm we couldn't inspect the truck In detail let alone test drive it, so we literally took his word for it, my wife and I are from California we don't have much snow nor rain so we didn't want to do any "crazy" test driving to put the truck to the test we just went a head and took Mark's word for it not long after we signed the paper work and took off to Cali, but Before we took off Mark gave us a 101 on driving in the snow and he even kept checking up on us to make sure we where okay .     Carmart purchased my vehicle after using the kbb link to sell my truck. I recently relocated and…read morethe truck was in the shop being repaired for damages from a deer. Since I didn't want to fly back and drive the distance to the East coast again I decided to sell the vehicle remotely. Initially we went back and forth over the price. I was offered more using the Edmunds site brokering the deal elsewhere however Carmart360 was closer to the shop doing the work and they did come up on their offer based on the Edmunds offer. We started discussing the sale price March 24, 2021. we agreed on a price and they took possession of the vehicle April 9, 2021. As I'm remotely doing this they sent the paperwork and I signed and returned it April 14th, 2021. They paid the lender next day, and the deductible to the autoshop from the sale price. Which was super great and so convenient. I was told they would send the remaining payout to me once they received the lien release from my lender. So I waited..... called and was told it's policy and their hands are tied. So I waited..... and I waited some more. I have contacted my lender and the dealership multiple times. Lender informed me they need a fed ex acct number to overnight and a letter from the dealer stating they would not cancel payment if title was released early. I sent the sales guy a text notifying of this. Asking to expedite the matter, I planned to use the payment as the down on my replacement. Today May 7th On star notified me the account on my truck has been cancelled in my name. Someone has purchased the truck. Yeah!!!! I called the dealership since I would assume they had the title as they sold the truck. Nope I was wrong and informed so. Here is where my 1 star comes in. 1.) They took possession of the truck almost a month ago. 2.) The attitude I got a month after they took the truck and I finally called to say I would like my money. 3.) I left both sets of keys in my truck and was informed only one was in there and I would need to pay out 250 to replace the second set. I was warned by other dealerships they pay slow but had I known I would have sold else where or picked up my truck. I also would not have suggested their buying services to 2 people. If I were ever to return To the area based off the conversation and attitude from Daniel, I would purchase elsewhere. However if you don't need the money within the next month and a half, and you want to deal with a whole lot of back and forth then it's maybe 3 stars. If you enjoy getting attitude from a used car sales manager when you call to figure out Why how They can buy and sell a vehicle before you are even paid out this is the place for you. ‍

They priced the car we wanted very reasonably so we were very happy with that. The salesman was not pushy at all and was nice to deal with (which is pretty unusual for a used car salesman). So overall they are very good and had the right car for us.

My wife and I purchased a brand-new 2023 Mazda CX-5, and initially we were very happy with the vehicle and the buying experience. However, our experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. In early November, we contacted the dealership to cancel our extended warranty. We were told the refund would be processed and sent by the end of November, which we felt was reasonable. November came and went, and no refund was received. I left a message with Mike and never received a return call. My wife also called multiple times, leaving messages that went unanswered. Eventually, we were put in contact with Kevin, who initially addressed my wife's questions and assured us the issue was resolved. Again, we waited--but still no refund. Now, at the end of December, we have yet to receive the refund. My wife has continued calling with no resolution. When I finally spoke with Kevin directly, he stated he was not aware that my wife had canceled the warranty. After our conversation, he told me he would overnight the check. He said he would send me with a tracking code, and I still have not received this. The check has still not arrived. At this point, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability is unacceptable. I would never recommend any Bob Smith dealership after this experience. I will be sharing this experience on every review platform available and will continue contacting the dealership until this matter is resolved.

    This review is an update to my last review on 11/20/21. On my wife had her oil changed in september…read moreof last year. In October of last year I noticed oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located. I jacked up vehicle , inspected oil filter area and oil filter was on tight and I could find no obvious signs of oil leaking. However there was alot of oil that coated my skid plate both front and back. I changed the oil on 1/16/22. I use an extractor to remove my oil . After removing oil I notice the extractor showed between 6 and 8 quarts and the correct oil capacity is 5 3/8 quarts with the oil filter . This was overfilled and damages the engine ! I also noticed how black the oil was. I change my own oil and used Master lube back in september because I was busy at the time. The only reason the oil was this dirty and overfilled is masterlube did not completely remove the old oil and then topped it off with adding 2 quarts of new oil. The overfilling of oil probably had something to do with oil spillage on the driveway. After my oil change of 1/16/22 there has been no signs oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS STORE ON MAIN STREET IN THE HEIGHTS. BUYER BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR OIL DIPSTICK FOR QUANTITY AND COLOR OF OIL AFTER USING MASTERLUBE IN THE HEIGHTS OR AFTER ANY OIL CHANGE THAT SOME OTHER BUSINESS PERFORMS. ATTACHED ARE TWO PICS OF THE COLOR OF THE OIL I REMOVED DURING MY OIL CHANGE ON 1/16/22. MY WIFE ONLY PUTS 5 MILES / DAY ON HER XTERRA AND THE AIR FILTER WAS CHANGED 6 MONTH AGO.
