I anticipated a whole list of things to be wrong judging by how the car broke down, but the mechanics were honest and concise with me. Turns out it just needed an ignition coil to be replaced. They charged a fair rate for labor and parts despite all the shortages. The car was back to me in just a couple of hours, and they were very informative in stating anything else I should keep an eye out for. The car is driving like new, so their mechanics are capable as well. Thank you for the service and saving me a heart attack! I can't speak for newer vehicles, but if you have an older vehicle, these guys make the maintenance look seamless. Definitely would recommend!

AVOID THIS AUTO SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more The mechanics at this shop are simply uneducated and unprofessional at what they do. I had trouble filling my car with gas. Every time I go to a gas station and start pumping gas into my car, the pump randomly stops but my gas isn't even close to full. So I had to continuously press and press the gas pump until my car was full of gas. So I took it to Reds to see what was wrong with it. The guy there said the Evaporation Canister and Vent Valve needed to be replaced. So I gave them permission to replace them. When they got it fixed I took it back to my local gas station and my car still had problems filling up with gas! I called Reds to set up an appointment to get it looked at again. So I had to drive all the way to their auto shop in Lockwood and drop off my car again. (I live in Billings by the way) The next day they called and said that they needed to install a vent hose in my car. I gave them permission to do so. After they installed it, they took my car to a nearby gas station at their auto shop and filled it with gas to see if it had any problems. Luckily it didn't. When I got to their auto shop to pay, they told me that they had to spend $10 to fill my car with gas to see if it was fixed. They said that I didn't have to pay for that. However, after I paid for the work to be done, I saw on the receipt that I was charged $10 for the gas that they put in. I then asked one of the mechanics if replacing the Evaporation Canister and Vent Valve was necessary to resolve the issue of filling my car with gas. He said that he wasn't sure and there was a chance that I didn't need to pay the amount of money that I did to get it fixed (which was $800). There was another problem that I had with this auto shop. I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I took it to Reds because they already knew about it when I bought my vehicle. They told me to bring it back to them if I noticed the leaking had gotten worse, which it did. I called and told them that I needed this leak fixed. They fixed it, but they replaced my breaks too, which I gave them NO permission to do so. I noticed this after I paid and received my receipt. They charged me an extra $368 for something I did not ask for. When I called Justin at the auto shop for an explanation and a refund, he said that I gave them permission to do my breaks, but I never did. I also called Eric, the owner of the shop, to explain what had happened. He never believed me and both he and Justin were unprofessional and rude in their responses. I would've never thought I would run into as much of an unprofessional owner and worker as Eric and Justin were. After all of this, I never got my money back. The employees at this auto shop are greedy and only care about your money. They don't care about you as a customer. This is the worst business I have ever been to and I will NEVER trust them with my vehicle ever again. Take your vehicle to another auto shop other than this one that will actually value you as a customer, won't rob you of your money, and will know how to operate a vehicle correctly.

Then, for the last two weeks, Wombat and I got into a real toxic relationship with the onboard "good vibes" system. We went to Mercedes twice. Same story both times: a bunch of charging, a bunch of "we'll look into it," and absolutely no real solution--just money leaving the building at warp speed. So I convinced my hubby: "No more Mercedes." He agreed, and we went private. He found Quinn at European Performance. Quinn promised us a diagnostic on the DEF for free--which, naturally, my husband grabbed like it was a limited-edition coupon that might disappear. Mercedes in Billings wanted 2.5 times what everyone else was charging, so even the savings felt emotional. We pulled in, and before I could finish my seatbelt rant, Quinn had Wombat backed out and connected up. He ran diagnostics fast--like, "where did the time go?" fast. And here's the plot twist: the problem wasn't some rare unicorn issue. It was stuff that's extremely common on the Sprinter chassis... the kind that apparently no one can find or fix consistently. Fun, right? Quinn worked some magic, we got it sorted, and now Wombat is back to being the road-loving weirdo we know and love--no more drama, no more countdown, no more mystery warnings. So if your Sprinter chassis is throwing a fit go see Quinn. He'll get you back on the road without the repeat crash-and-paycycle. Wombat says thank you. And honestly? So do we.

Unfortunately, I have to say something because wow... I have taken my car in to these guys and they have done a good job fixing the things that I have paid for them to replace. However; here's the upsetting part... I took my car into them 3 times in a row telling them "it's running funny", "it's acting weird", etc. I also give them a little info... "while I was out of town I changed the spark plugs myself. You might want to start there, in case I did something wrong as I am not certified but they are. They assured me it wasn't the problem. They even said "It was driving fine, no issue." and to "keep driving it around until something popped up on the dashboard". Love that for me. Even told me that it "sounds" like and is "probably" a piston ring which would be a $8,000 fix. Went on a 1,000 mile (one way) road trip it almost gave out 35 miles before the destination. Thank you to new friends, I knew someone to help me. 15 minutes later... he SHOWED me that I, in fact, had forgotten to tighten my spark plugs. Also, thank you to my friends... even after pushing the car as much as I had... with a little bit of cleaning and proper putting it back together... compression test was perfect and she was running like normal. I would absolutely not go to this place. I took my car in to get my starter replaced, keep in mind…read morethe car was running perfectly fine prior to the starter going out. Well they replace my starter and I go to pick up my car and the check engine light and traction control lights are on, they were not on before I took it in. So i go back inside and explain that and they tell me they didn't touch anything but the starter. They run a diagnostic and say my crank shaft censor needs to be replaced. At this point for the starter and crank shaft censor i'm already at $1000. Then after the replace the crank shaft sensor all of a sudden the timing in my engine is fully out of time and I'm being told it's a $5000+ to repair and the car will no longer even turn on, keys won't even lock the door. Gotten a few other opinions verbally, didn't take it anywhere else, but got told that if it was running perfectly fine before I took it in that it makes no sense that now all of a sudden the timing is out. These people are liars and scammers. Do NOT go here
