Went recently for a car wash and it's so different now. Exterior was nice but interior wasn't really cleaned, and the windows were streaky...and I paid for it. Her was response was "well I can sit on the phone and tell you or do you have a fax or google". I obviously called from my PHONE because I wanted you to tell me on the phone. Unfortunately, the worst detail I've ever received on my truck. Magic glow called it Excalibur wash which is 29.95, plus a 6.50 interior dressing ( Armor All). The issue is nothing more than the top of my front dash was touched. I'll never go back. A complete waste of 40 dollars. read more

This is the worst car wash company on the north shore. I took my truck here and paid for full service oil change and cleaning. When I picked up my truck the interior (which I was charged an additional $23 to clean and armorall) was poorly vacuumed and barley wiped down not amoralled. There was still dust and dirt everywhere top to bottom. When I asked the technician about it he told me he was the owner and it was better off than before.. Upon trying to explain what I felt to be wrong or not complete they didn't want to hear it. All of the owners there at the time could care less about honoring their end of the deal on what was already paid for. The older owner who I believe to be the leader of the pack told me not to come back and take it down the street. They did not honer the deal I paid for nor credit my money for the services that went undone. I will never go here again and I do not recommend this business to anyone. There was zero regard for customer service or customer satisfaction. Don't take your car here. You will be disappointed. read more

Rude and disrespectful!! My fellow service member went to get her car washed at this place. She is an active duty Chief in the US Navy. She asked if there was a military discount. The OWNER replied, "Don't you get a paycheck? Why should I give you a discount?" Chief tried to get her money back because of the rudeness, but the OWNER wouldn't give her money back. Then the OWNER proceeded to tell her that every deployment is a free trip and her tax dollars were paying for it!!! SERIOUSLY!? This Chief has sacrificed a lot for this country!! Caution with the illogical fees. Brought in my wives small Honda CRV and was charged an additional fee for "Oversize SUV & Trucks". Charge was added to my final bill and the lady at the counter did not even have the courtesy to let me know she was adding this addition charge. After I received my receipt, I questioned the charge and she said if the SUV has an upward swinging door, its considered "oversized". Most SUVs, small or large, come equipped with these type of rear access doors. This is just another excuse to charge extra. Plus the service and wash is bad. They didn't even bother to lift the floor mats and vacuum underneath. read more

RUDE, unprofessional and the posted price and the final price not the same as there are "upcharges" like my Honda CRV being called "Oversized". The people who actually work on your car are very nice and do an ok job ( but my car smelled like sweat when It was done) but the woman who works at the desk is rude, uncouth, and has pitiful customer service skills. They charged me 20 dollars more for an oil change than at the Toyota dealership and then had the nerve to charge me extra because they said that I drive an SUV.... When did a Prius become an SUV? First time visit on New Years Eve! Synthetic Oil change and a full service car was on my beast of a Denali XL. My truck was filthy inside and out from my Daughters wedding day festivities a few days prior and the weather was horrendous the days leading up to the car wash. Every window was immaculate, all rubber floor mats and carpet was cleaned and vacuumed thoroughly. Everything was wiped down! I would avoid this place at all costs. They quoted me a low price and then tried to charge over twice as much. When I called them out on it, they started manipulating the bill - lowering the cost of the oil change, but adding a new $10 charge for an oil filter and increasing the price of the car wash by $24.95 - and actually increasing the overall total cost! Business was busy on the afternoon of visit. I went for the $25 wash and had the vanilla wafer which is placed under the drivers seat. Very pleased with the service although this is not a full valet, they do not use upholstery cleaner, if you are not for this service you need to have someone come to your home. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any business in my life! I came to get a full service car wash. Told them what I wanted with a few extras. Paid over $41 and waited 45 minutes and the car had not moved from where I had parked it in line. Went out to ask what was going on because other cars are moving head of mine and they said that the girl in charge of my line took her lunch break. The owner said that it was my problem that we picked that line. Ended up waiting a total of an hour and a half and asked for some compensation for time I was told "absolutely not, that My time wasn't worth anything and that if I didn't like the way they conduct business, then don't come back. One last thing, my son reminded me during our complaint to the owner things got a little heated and she asked my son about why he is dating a cougar! I'm his mother, not his cougar! Now IDK how light or dark the law is suppose to be, I just bought the car from Alabama and it didn't have a tag on it. So, back to his question I rolled up my window and he said no its too dark. I said ok can you tell me how dark it is or how dark its suppose to be? Then he went nuts!!!!! He said you knew your windows were too dark because they are all rolled down??? what?? First they were rolled down because my dog was in the car and two its a nice day. I tried to tell him why they were rolled down, he then came over to me got in my face and said to you have a problem, we can settle this right now. Told me to suck his dick! Don't fuck with him because he is the owner and he knows people and he has money! This is all going on in front of all his customers and all his employees. After his tantrum I made an attempt to explain to him again why my windows were down and he got irate again, told me to suck his dick numerous times, told me he has money and he can do whatever he wants, threatened me, and made a complete fool of himself for everyone to see! If he treats his customers like this, i can't imagine how he treats his employees. I'm a manager myself at a well established restaurant in the french quarter. I can't even imagine doing something even come close to do what this guy did to me today.
